Claims (34)

1. Кроющая композиция содержащая
а) молекулярное производное индиго; и
b) волокнистую или слоистую глину;
причем указанная кроющая композиция используется для окрашивания поверхностей.
2. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой цвет/оттенок указанной композиции определяется концентрацией указанного красителя и величиной рН указанной композиции.
3. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой размер частиц указанной кроющей композиции лежит в интервале величин между 0,01 и 20 мкм.
4. Кроющая композиция по п.3, в которой размер частиц указанной кроющей композиции лежит в интервале величин между 0,1 и 2 мкм.
5. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой указанной волокнистой глиной является палигорскитовая глина, сепиолитовая глина или смесь палигорскитовой и сепиолитовой глин.
6. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой указанной слоистой глиной является каолинит, бентонит, нонтронит или морденитовая глина.
7. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой указанным молекулярным производным индиго является диброминдиго или тиоиндиго.
8. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой кроющая композиция является порошкообразной или жидкой.
9. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой указанная кроющая композиция обладает сопротивлением к разрушению под действием света.
10. Кроющая композиция по п.1, в которой указанная кроющая композиция обладает сопротивлением к разрушению под действием кислот, оснований и растворителей.
11. Композиция, содержащая

R9-R11 означают по отдельности SiO3, SiOH, H2O;
Y означает N, O, S или Se;
Х представляет О или S;
М(n+) означает Al, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Pt, Pd или Zn; и
n равно 1, 2, 3 или 4.
12. Состав, содержащий
а) молекулярное производное индиго;
b) палигорскитовую глину, сепиолитовую глину или смесь палигорскитовой и сепиолитовой глин;
с) полимер; и
d) органический связующий агент.
13. Состав, содержащий
а) молекулярное производное индиго;
b) палигорскитовую глину, сепиолитовую глину или смесь палигорскитовой и сепиолитовой глин;
с) аравийскую камедь; льняное масло; копал; поликарбонат; яичный желток или скипидар.
14. Способный к формованию материал, включающий
а) молекулярное производное индиго;
b) палигорскитовую глину, сепиолитовую глину или смесь палигорскитовой и сепиолитовой глин;
с) цемент, пластики или полимер.
15. Способный к формованию плиточный материал, включающий
а) молекулярное производное индиго;
b) палигорскитовую глину, сепиолитовую глину или смесь палигорскитовой и сепиолитовой глин;
с) цемент, пластик или полимер.
16. Способ получения кроющей композиции, включающий
а) получение молекулярного производного индиго;
b) объединение указанного молекулярного производного индиго с волокнистой или слоистой глиной с получением кроющей композиции;
с) нагревание указанной кроющей композиции; и
d) доведение рН композиции красителя или пигмента.
17. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий обработку указанной кроющей композиции кислотой с удалением примесей из глины.
18. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий нанесение указанной кроющей композиции на поверхность.
19. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий смешение указанной кроющей композиции с полимером или органическим связующим.
20. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий гомогенизацию указанной композиции красителя смешением, растиранием, размолом или перемешиванием.
21. Способ по п.16, в котором указанное нагревание включает нагревание при температуре в интервале между 100 и 300°С.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором температура составляет величину в интервале между 115 и 150°С.
23. Способ по п.16, в котором указанное нагревание продолжается максимум четыре дня.
24. Способ по п.16, в котором указанная кроющая композиция содержит воду.
25. Способ по п.16, в котором указанная кроющая композиция имеет величину рН в интервале между 3 и 7,5.
26. Способ по п.16, в котором указанная кроющая композиция содержит краситель в интервале концентраций от 0,01 до 20% по массе.
27. Способ по п.16, в котором указанная кроющая композиция содержит молекулярное производное индиго в интервале концентраций от 0,1 до 7% по массе.
28. Способ по п.16, в котором указанная кроющая композиция содержит молекулярное производное индиго в количестве примерно 6% по массе при нейтральном или кислотном значении рН.
29. Способ по п.16, в котором указанной волокнистой глиной является палигорскитовая глина, сепиолитовая глина или смесь палигорскитовой и сепиолитовой глин.
30. Способ по п.16, в котором указанной слоистой глиной является каолинит, бентонит, нонтронит или морденитовая глина.
31. Способ по п.16, в котором размер частиц указанной кроющей композиции лежит в интервале величин между 0,01 и 20 мкм.
32. Способ по п.31, в котором размер частиц указанной кроющей композиции лежит в интервале величин между 0,1 и 2 мкм.
33. Способ по п.16, в котором указанным молекулярным производным индиго является тиоиндиго или диброминдиго.
34. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий добавление связующего агента к указанной кроющей композиции.
