Claims (10)

1. Способ получения парафинистого рафинатного продукта путем:
а) гидрокрекинга/гидроизомеризации сырья, полученного в результате синтеза Фишера-Тропша, в котором весовое соотношение соединений, имеющих, по меньшей мере, 60 или более атомов углерода, и соединений, имеющих, по меньшей мере, 30 атомов углерода в продукте синтеза Фишера-Тропша, составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,4, и в котором, по меньшей мере, 30 вес.% соединений в сырье, полученном в результате синтеза Фишера-Тропша, имеют, по меньшей мере, 30 атомов углерода,
b) выделения из продукта стадии а) парафинистого рафинатного продукта, имеющего температуру выкипания 10 вес.% (Т10) 200 и 450°С и температуру выкипания 90 вес.% (Т90) 400 и 650°С.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором, по меньшей мере, 50 вес.% соединений в сырье, полученном в результате синтеза Фишера-Тропша, имеют, по меньшей мере, 30 атомов углерода.
3. Способ по любому из пп.1 и 2, в котором сырье, полученное в результате синтеза Фишера-Тропша, получено из продукта синтеза Фишера-Тропша, который содержит фракцию с числом атомов углерода больше 20, имеющую коэффициент альфа-ASF (коэффициент роста цепи по Андерсону-Шульцу-Флори), по меньшей мере, 0,925.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, в котором степень превращения на стадии а) составляет между 25 и 70 вес.%.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, в котором температура выкипания 90 вес.% парафинистого рафинатного продукта находится ниже 550°С.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, в котором парафинистый рафинатный продукт имеет кинематическую вязкость при 100°С от 3 до 10 сСт.
7. Применение парафинистого рафинатного продукта, полученного в способе по любому из пп.1-6, для производства смазочного базового масла.
8. Применение по п.7, в котором базовое масло получают путем каталитической депарафинизации парафинистого рафинатного продукта.
9. Применение по п.8, в котором содержание циклопарафинов в насыщенной фракции смазочного базового масла составляет от 12 до 20 вес.%.
10. Применение по любому из пп.7-9, в котором парафинистый рафинатный продукт имеет температуру застывания выше 0°С и может транспортироваться в район производства базового масла в твердом состоянии и под “азотной подушкой”.
