Abstract

Se proporciona un metodo para producir un L-aminoacido tal como acido Lglutamico y similares. Se produce un L-aminoacido cultivando una bacteria corineforme que tiene capacidad de producir L-aminoacido en un medio de cultivo, que ha sido modificada para que tenga una o mas modificaciones seleccionadas del grupo que consiste en las siguientes modificaciones de (A) a (E): (A) una modificacion para aumentar la actividad de acetato quinasa; (B) una modificacion para aumentar la actividad de fructosa-1,6-bisfosfatasa; (C) una modificacion para disminuir la actividad de piruvato deshidrogenasa; (D) una modificacion para disminuir la actividad de aspartato transaminasa; y (E) una modificacion para disminuir la actividad de la enzima malica, y recoger el L-aminoacido del medio de cultivo y/o de las celulas bacterianas.
