Abstract
アミノ酸や核酸の結晶を、微生物細胞を含む発酵液又は酵素反応液から簡便に分離する技術を提供する。アミノ酸又は核酸の結晶、及び微生物細胞を含むスラリーに、同微生物細胞を溶解させる酵素を加えて前記細胞を溶解させ、次いで前記スラリーから結晶を採取することにより、スラリーから結晶を分離する。
