Abstract
Entre autres choses, la présente invention concerne des oligonucléotides à contrôle chirale de conceptions sélectionnées, des compositions oligonucléotidiques à contrôle chiral, et des procédés pour les fabriquer et les utiliser. Dans certains modes de réalisation, une composition d'oligonucléotides à commande chirale fournie fournit différents motifs de clivage d'un polymère d'acide nucléique qu'une composition d'oligonucléotides de référence.
