Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos para trasmitir la resistencia a la roya de la soja (SBR) al germoplasma de soja no resistente. También se proporcionan polimorfismos nucleotidos simples (SNP) asociados a la resistencia a la SBR; plantas de soja, semillas y cultivo tisular producidos mediante cualquiera de los métodos divulgados; semillas producidas por las plantas de soja divulgadas; y composiciones que incluyen pares de cebadores de amplificacion capaces de iniciar la polimerizacion de ADN mediante una polimerasa de ADN en patrones de ácido nucleico de soja para generar amplicones marcadores de soja.
