Abstract

본 발명은 액정 표시 패널에 관한 것이다. 주변 구동 회로에는 박막 트랜지스터를 구성하는 다양한 박막을 적층하여 형성한 적층 스페이서부가 배치된다. 그 결과, 밀봉 부재의 일부가 주변 구동 회로 위에 배치된 구조의 경우에도 밀봉 부재의 스페이서에서 가해진 압력이 적층 스페이서부에 집중된다. 따라서, 밀봉부의 압력에 의해 야기되는 주변 구동 회로에서의 박막 트랜지스터의 손상이 방지된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 기판상에 형성딘 액티브 매트릭스형 회로와; 상기 기판사에 형성된 주변 구동 회로와; 상기 기판의 전체에 걸쳐 형성되고 일부가 상기 주변 구동 회로 위에 형성되어 있는 밀봉 부재와; 상기 주변 구동 회로에 형성된 하나 이상의 박막 트랜지스터와; 그리고 상기 주변 구동 회로에 형성되고, 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 구성하는 물질들의 적층체로 이루어진 돌기부를 포함하며, 상기 돌기부는 상기 박막 트랜지스터가 형성된 부분에서 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
  2. 기판상에 형성된 액티브 매트릭스형 회로와; 상기 기판상에 형성된 주변 구동 회로와; 상기 기판의 전체에 형성되고 일부가 상기 주변 구동 회로 위에 형성되어 있는 밀봉 부재와; 사이 주변 구동 회로에 형성된 하나 이상의 박막 트랜지스터와; 그리고 상기 박막 트래지스터에 추가로 상기 주변 구동 회로에 형성되고, 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 구성하는 물질들의 적층체로 이루어진 돌기부를 포함하며, 상기 돌기부는 상기 박막 트랜지스터가 형성된 부분 보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
  3. 기판상에 형성된 액티브 매트릭스형 회로와; 상기 기판사에 형성된 주변 구동 회로와; 상기 기판의 전체에 걸쳐 형성되고 일부가 상기 주변 구동 회로 위에 형성되어 있는 밀봉 부재와; 상기 주변 구동 회로에 형성된 하나 이상의 박막 트랜지스터와; 그리고 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 추가로 상기 주변 구동 회로에 형성되고, 상기 박막 트랜지스터를 구성하는 물질들의 적층체로 이루어진 돌기부를 포함하며, 상기 돌기부는 스페이서의 기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
  4. 기판상에 형성된 액티브 매트릭스형 회로와; 상기 기판상에 형성된 주변 구동 회로와; 상기 기판의 전체에 걸쳐 형성되고 일부가 상기 주변 구동 회로 위에 형성되어 있는 밀봉 부재와; 상기 주변 구동 회로에 형성된 하나 이상의 박막 트랜지스터와; 그리고 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 추가로 상기 주변 구동 회로에 형성되고, 상기 박막 트래지스터가 형성된 부분 보다 많이 적층된 층들을 가지고 있는 적층부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
  5. 기판상에 형성되고 하나 이상의 제1박막 트랜지스터를 가지고 있는 액티브 매트릭스형 회로 영역과; 상기 기판상에 형성되고 제2박막 트랜지스터와 적층부를 가지고 있는 주변 구동 회로 영역을 포함하고, 상기 제1박막 트랜지스터는, 제1소스 및 드레인 영역과 제1채널 영역을 가지고 상기 기판의 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제1반도체 섬부와; 게이트 절연막을 가지고 상기 제1반도체 섬부 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제1게이트 전극과; 상기 제1박막 트랜지스터를 차폐하는 제1층간 절연막을 통하여 상기 제1소스 및 드레인 영역과 접촉하는 제1소스 및 드레인 전극과; 상기 제1 및 제2층간 절연막을 가지는 최소한 상기 제1게이트 전극의 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제1패턴; 그리고 제3층간 절연막을 통하여 상기 제1드레인 전극과 접촉하는 화소전극을 구비하고, 상기 제2박막 트랜지스터는, 제2소스 및 드레인 영여과 제2채널 영역을 가지고 상기 기판의 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제2반도체 섬부와; 상기 게이트 절연막을 가지고 상기 제2반도체 섬부 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제2게이트 전극과; 상기 제2박막 트랜지스터를 차폐하는 상기 제1층간 절연막을 통하여 상기 제2소스 및 드레인 영역과 젭촉하는 제2소스 및 드레인전극을 구비하고, 상기 제3층간 절연막은 상기 제2박막 트랜지스터 상에 형성된 상기 상기 제2층간 절연 막상에 형성되고, 상기 적층부는, 상기 기판의 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제3반도체 섬부와; 상기 제1 및 제2게이트 전극과 동일한 재질로 형성되고, 상기 제1층간 절연막을 가지는 상기 제3반도체 섬부 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제2패턴과; 상기 제1패턴과 동일한 재질로 형성되고, 상기 제2층간 절연막을 가지는 상기 제2패턴 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제3패턴; 그리고 상기 화소 전극과 동일한 재질로 형성되고, 상기 제3층간 절연막을 가지는 사이 제3패턴 전체에 걸쳐 형성된 제4패턴을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치.
