Abstract
본 발명은 균일한 작은 두께, 거의 무색의 평활한 표면, 큰 종횡비 및 매우 적은 쌍정 및 응집 경향을 특징으로 하는 박편상 기재를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 이러한 박편상 기재의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 박편상 기재는 산화 알루미늄 및 산화 티탄으로 구성되며, 이는 탁월한 진주 광택 안료의 제조에 사용된다.

Claims (7)
- 산화 티탄을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 박편상 산화 알루미늄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 입자 직경 5 내지 60㎛, 두께 1㎛ 이하 및 종횡비(입자 직경/두께) 20 이상을 갖는 입자 형태인 박편상 산화 알루미늄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화 티탄의 함량이 0.1 내지 4중량%인 박편상 산화 알루미늄.
- 수용성 알루미늄염 및 티탄염의 수용액(a), 및 상기 수용액(a)의 상기 수용성 알루미늄염 및 티탄염에 대해 대략 당량의 알칼리 탄산염 수용액(b)를 제조하는 단계; 수용액(a) 또는 수용액(b)에 알칼리 금속 황산염 및 인산 또는 인산염을 균일하게 용해시키는 단계; 상기 수용액(a) 및 (b)를 혼합하여 가수분해물을 함유하는 현탁액 또는 겔을 얻는 단계; 상기 현탁액 또는 겔을 증발 건조시키는 단계 및 건조시킨 생성물을 900 내지 1400℃에서 가열하므로써 용융염 처리하여 고형물을 얻고, 이를 수세척, 여과 및 건조시켜 마무리처리하는 단계를 포함하는 박편상 산화 알루미늄의 제조 방법.
- 수용성 알루미늄염 용액이 알칼리 탄산염 용액에 대해 대략 당량이 되도록 하는 방식으로 이들을 동시에 물에 적가하여, 수화된 수산화 알루미늄 현탁액을 제조하는 단계; 이 현탁액(또는 이 현탁액에서 여과한 고형물)을 알칼리 금속 황산염 수용액에 가하는 단계; 생성된 용액에 티탄염 및 인산 또는 인산염을 가하여 가수분해물을 함유하는 현탁액 또는 겔을 얻는 단계; 이 현탁액 또는 겔을 증발 건조시키는 단계; 및 건조시킨 생성물을 900 내지 1400℃에서 가열하므로써 용융염 처리하여 고형물을 얻고, 이를 수세척, 여과 및 건조시켜 마무리처리하는 단계를 포함하는 박편상 산화 알루미늄의 제조 방법.
- 상기 박편상 산화 알루미늄 입자 표면에 금속 산화물이 피복되어 있는 진주 광택 안료.
