Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 바륨 이온과 함께 착화합물을 형성할 수 있는 착화제가 용해되어 있는 수용액, (b) 수용성 바륨 화합물이 용해되어 있는 수용액, 및 (c) 황산 이온을 함유하는 수용액을 사용하여, 안료 기질로서 미세 박편 입자의 표면을 0.1㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 초미립 황산 바륨으로 코팅시킨 박편 안료 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이며; 화장품, 자동차의 상도 코팅제, 플라스틱, 인쇄잉크, 가전제품, 코팅제 및 건축재용 코팅 페인트의 안료 착색에 있어서의 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 0.1㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 초미립 황산 바륨으로 코팅된, 미세 박편 입자를 기본으로 하는 박편 안료.
  2. 바륨 이온과 착화합물을 형성할 수 있는 착화제가 용해되어 있는 수용액 (a)를 안료 기질로서 물에 현탁되어 있는 미세 박편 입자의 현탁액에 첨가한 다음, 생성된 용액에 수용성 바륨 화합물이 용해되어 있는 수용액(b)와 황산이온을 함유하는 수용액(c)을 동시에 첨가하거나, 또는 상기 수용액(a)를 상기 수용액(b)에 첨가함으로써 제조된 상기 수용액(a)와 (b)의 수용액 및 상기 수용액(c)를 교반하면서 상기 현탁액에 동시에 첨가함으로써 상기 미세 박편 안료기질 입자의 표면을 0.1㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 초미립 황산바륨으로 코팅시킴을 특징으로 하는, 상기 수용액(a), (b) 및 (c)를 상기 박편 안료 기질의 현탁액에 적용시켜 초미립 황산바륨으로 코팅된 박편 안료를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 화장품, 자동차의 상도 코팅제, 플라스틱, 인쇄 잉크, 가전제품, 코팅제 및 건축재용 코팅 페인트의 안료착색에 있어서의 제1항에 청구된 박편 안료의 용도.
