본 발명은 높은 불투명도를 갖는 금색 안료, 이들의 제조방법 및 이들의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 유기 콜로이드 입자의 열분해에 의해 얻은 탄소로 도핑된 제1이산화티탄 층에 이어 산화철(Ⅲ)층의 다층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속 산화물로 피복된 기재를 기제로 하는 금색 안료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 소판(platelet)형인 금색 안료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소판형 기재가 운모 소판; 유리, BaSO4, SiO2또는 합성 세라믹의 플레이크(flake); 또는 하나 이상의 금속 산화물로 피복된 운모 소판인 것을 특징으로 하는 금색 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드 유기 입자가 전분, 셀룰로즈, 젤라틴, 덱스트린 또는 이들의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 금색 안료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2층이 금홍석 개질물인 것을 특징으로 하는 금색 안료.
- 수성 기재 용액을 제조하고, 필요하다면 가수분해가능한 금속염 용액과, 동시에 그러나 별도로 티탄염 용액 및 수성 유기 콜로이드 용액을 첨가하고, 염기 또는 산을 동시에 첨가함으로써 금속염을 가수분해시키는 범위내로 기재 현탁액의 pH를 유지시키고, 완성된 기재를 분리하여 세척하고, 건조시키고, 산소의 부재하에 700℃보다 높은 온도에서 하소시키고, 하소 후 산화철 층 또는 수산화철 층을 상기 기재상으로 침전시키고, 상기 방식으로 수용액중서 피복시키고, 완성된 안료를 분리하여 세척하고, 건조시키고, 필요하다면 하소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 금색 안료를 제조하는 방법.
- 도료, 니스, 분말 피복제, 인쇄 잉크, 플라스틱 및 화장품 배합물에서, 제1항에 따른 금색 안료의 용도.
- 제1항에 따른 금색 안료를 포함하는 배합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
