Abstract

본 발명은 화장료용 무기안료상에 형성된 복합금속산화물의 무정형 코팅층의 결합구조내에 항균성 금속을 고용화시켜 이루어진 항균성 화장료용 안료에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 금속산화물 피복층의 피복량은 3.0~50.0중량부이고, 항균성 금속으로는 은, 구리, 아연 중 1종이상을 선택하며, 항균성 금속의 혼입량은 0.00001~5.0중량부이다.
본 발명에 따른 항균성 화장료용 안료는 항균성 금속이온이 서서히 외부로 방출되어 지속적이고 장기적인 항균효과를 발휘한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 화장료용 무기안료의 표면에 금속산화물의 복합 피복층을 형성시키고, 동시에 금속산화물 복합 피복층 결합구조에 항균성 금속 또는 금속이온을 고용화하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화장료용 무기안료는 평균 입경이 0.1~50㎛의 범위를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무기안료로서는 실리카, 탈크, 카올린, 마이카, 세리사이트, 산화알루미늄, 황산바륨, 산화아연, 이산화티탄, 산화지르코늄, 수산화알루미늄, 질화붕소, 규산마그네슘, 규산알루미늄, 규산알류미늄마그네슘, 산화마그네슘, 맥반석, 산화철, 산화크롬 및 수산화크롬으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 무기안료임을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무기안료의 표면에 금속산화물의 복합 피복층을 형성시키기 위한 금속산화물로서는 실리카, 산화인, 산화게르마늄, 산화붕소, 산화알루미늄, 산화아연, 산화티탄, 산화지르코늄, 산화철, 산화코발트, 산화니켈, 산화마그네슘, 산화주석, 산화칼슘, 산화리튬, 산화나트륨, 산화칼륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 인상인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 무기안료표면에 형성된 금속산화물들로 이루어진 복합피복층의 함량구성비는 실리카가 40.0중량부 이상, 산화인이 0~50.0중량부, 산화게르마늄이 0~50.0중량부, 산화붕소, 산화알루미늄이 각각 또는 그들의 혼합물로 0~20.0중량부, 산화아연, 산화티탄, 산화지르코늄, 산화마그네슘, 산화주석, 산화칼슘이 각각 또는 그들의 혼합물로 0~20.0중량부, 산화리튬, 산화나트륨, 산화칼륨이 각각 또는 그들의 혼합물로 0~20.0중량부, 산화철, 산화코발트, 산화니켈이 각각 또는 그들의 혼합물로 0~3.0중량부임을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 무기안료표면에 피복처리하는 금속산화물들로 이루어진 복합 피복층의 피복량은 무기안료에 대하여 3.0~50.0중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 항균성 금속은 은, 구리, 아연 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 항균성 금속의 혼입량은 금속산화물들로 피복처리된 무기안료에 대하여 0.00001~5.0중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 화장료용 안료.
