Abstract

본 발명은 매스톤앵글, 그늘 부분에서 노란기운이 나는 것과, 간섭색이 색바램하는 문제를 해결한 펄광택안료를 제공함을목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 합성운모상에 금속산화물을 피복한 펄광택안료에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균굴절률이 1.58 이하이고, 합성운모의 입자표면을 평활한 박편상으로 하고 합성운모중의 철함유량을 1.0% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (29)

  1. 합성운모상에 금속산화물을 피복한 펄광택안료에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균굴절률이 1.58 이하이고,합성운모의 입자표면을 평활한 박편상으로 하고 합성운모 중의 철 함유량을 1.0% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 펄지수가 다음식 :
    펄지수 = 비용적(A)×분체광택치(B)10
    로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 펄지수가 다음식 :
    30펄지수 = 비용적(A)×분체광택치(B)10
    로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모 중의 철함유량을 0.1% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모 중의 철함유량을 0.1% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펄광택안료의 두께는 중앙부두께가 단면부두께보다 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펄광택안료의 두께는 중앙부두께가 단면부두께보다 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 펄광택안료의 두께는 중앙부두께가 단면부두께보다 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 펄광택안료의 단면부두께/중앙부두께의 비가 0.9 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 펄광택안료의 단면부두께/중앙부두께의 비가 0.9 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 펄광택안료의 단면부두께/중앙부두께의 비가 0.9 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모가 합성불소 금운모인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.

  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모가 박리되기 쉬운 결정괴를 미분화함으로써 표면평활하게 형성한 박편상입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  15. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모가 박리되기 쉬운 결정괴를 미분화함으로써 표면평활하게 형성한 박편상입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모가 내연식 용융법으로 합성운모원료를 용융시킨 후, 용융각에 관통공을 뚫고, 그 관통공을 통해 용융물을 단열성 용기내로 꺼내어 결정화시켜서 얻은 결정괴를 미분화시켜서 구성되는 합성운모분인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  17. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모가 내연식 용융법으로 합성운모원료를 용융시킨 후, 용융각에 관통공을 뚫고, 그 관통공을 통해 용융물을 단열성 용기내로 꺼내어 결정화시켜서 얻은 결정괴를 미분화시켜서 구성되는 합성운모분인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균 액스펙트비가 60 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  19. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균 액스펙트비가 60 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모는 면방향의 평균입경이 3~100미크론, 두께가 0.05~1미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  21. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 합성운모는 면방향의 평균입경이 3~100미크론, 두께가 0.05~1미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물이 티타늄, 지르코늄, 철, 크롬 또는 바나듐의 산화물인 것을 특징으로하는 펄광택안료.
  23. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물이 티타늄, 지르코늄, 철, 크롬 또는 바나듐의 산화물인 것을 특징으로하는 펄광택안료.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물을 루틸화하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물이 이산화티타늄이고, 그 이산화티타늄을 루틸화하여 이루어지는 것을특징으로 하는 펄광택안료.
  26. 합성운모상에 금속산화물을 피복한 펄광택안료에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균굴절률이 1.58 이하이고,합성운모의 입자표면을 평활한 박편상으로 하고, 합성운모중의 철 함유량 1.0% 이하로 한 펄광택안료를 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 도료조성물.
  27. 합성운모상에 금속산화물을 피복한 펄광택안료에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균굴절률이 1.58 이하이고,합성운모의 입자표면을 평활한 박편상으로 하고, 합성운모중의 철 함유량 1.0% 이하로 한 펄광택안료를 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료.
  28. 합성운모상에 금속산화물을 피복한 펄광택안료에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균굴절률이 1.58 이하이고,합성운모의 입자표면을 평활한 박편상으로 하고, 합성운모중의 철 함유량 1.0% 이하로 한 펄광택안료를 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크.
  29. 합성운모상에 금속산화물을 피복한 펄광택안료에 있어서, 상기 합성운모의 평균굴절률이 1.58 이하이고,합성운모의 입자표면을 평활한 박편상으로 하고, 합성운모중의 철 함유량 1.0% 이하로 한 펄광택안료를 배합한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱.
