"COMPOSIçãO COMPREENDENDO CAULIM CO-CALCINADO, TINTA COLORIDA OU REVESTIMENTO, MéTODO DE PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIçãO COMPREENDENDO CAULIM CO-CALCINADO, COMPOSIçãO DE TINTA OU REVESTIMENTO , E, COMPOSIçãO DE TINTA MATE". A presente invenção refere-se a produtos de caulim calcinado, sua produção, e uso. Mais especificamente, a invenção refere-se a produtos contendo caulim calcinado que têm tamanho de partícula de diâmetro mediano desde cerca de 0,5 <109>m a cerca de 10 <109>m, e distribuição multimodal de tamanho de partícula aqui definida. Os produtos de caulim calcinado da invenção possuem combinação de propriedades físicas e propriedades aplicadas não previamente vistas simultaneamente em pigmentos caulim calcinado. Os produtos de acordo com a invenção encontram uso como agentes de achatamento ( ou mate ), e como materiais de enchimento ou extensores em composições de tinta e revestimento. Mais geralmente, os produtos inventivos podem ser usados qualquer que sejam os caulins calcinados que são usados.
