Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 감속 슬립제어 종료에 기인하는 부의 구동력의 변화나 엔진 회전수의 급격한 증대를 억제함으로써, 부의 가속도 변화에 의한 위화감의 발생을 억제할 수 있는 차량용 직결 클러치의 슬립제어 장치를 제공한다.
변속단 판단수단(202)에 대응하는 스텝SE1에 의해 실제로 선택되어 있는 변속단이 판단되고, 감속 슬립제어 종료수단(206)에 대응하는 스텝SE4에 의해, 제3속 기어단이 선택되어 있는 경우에 높은 입력축 회전속도 NT로 감속 슬립제어가 종료되어진다. 이 때문에, 기어비가 큰 제3속 기어단에 있어서는 감속 슬립제어의 종료시에 있어서도 그의 입력축 회전속도 NT에 의해 엔전 회전소고 Ne가 아이들 회전속도 NIDL로부터 끌어올려지고 엔진(10)에 의한 부의 가속도를 갖게 되고, 기어비가 큰 제3속 기어단이 선택되어 있는 경우에도 감속 슬립제어 종료시에 있어서의 부의 가속도의 변환폭이 작게 된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예의 슬립제어 장치가 적용된 차량용 동력 전달 장치를 도시한 회로도.
제2도는 유체식 전동 장치를 구비한 자동 변속기에 있어서, 전자 밸브 작동의 조립과 그에 의해 얻어지는 변속단과의 관계를 설명하기 위한 도표.
제3도는 제1도의 차량에 구비되어 있는 제어 장치의 구성을 설명하기 위한 블록선도.
제4도는 제3도의 변속용 전자 제어 장치에 기억되어 있는 차량의 주행 상태와 로크업 클러치의 결합 상태와의 관계를 도시한 그래프.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진과 자동변속기 사이를 직결하는 직결 클러치를 갖는 차량에서, 엔진 회전속도와 상기 자동 변속기의 입력축 회전속도와의 회전속도차인 상기 직경 클러치의 슬립량을 제어하는 슬립제어수단을 구비한 차량용 직결 클러치의 슬립제어 장치에 있어서, 실제로 선택되어 있는 상기 자동 변속기의 변속단을 판단하는 변속 판단수단과, 상기 실제로 선택되어 있는 변속단에 따라, 상기 변속단의 기어비가 큰만큼 높은 상기 입력축 회전속도로 상기 슬립제어수단에 의한 감속 주행시의 슬립량의 제어를 실질적으로 종료시키는 감속 슬립제어 종료수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 직격 클러치의 슬립제어 장치.
  2. 엔진과 자동변속기 사이를 직결하는 직결 클러치를 갖는 차량에서, 엔진 회전속도와 상기 자동 변속기의 입력축 회전속도와의 회전속도차인 상기 직경 클러치의 슬립량을 제어하는 슬립제어수단을 구비한 차량용 직결 클러치의 슬립제어 장치에 있어서, 제동장치가 작동되고 있는지의 여부를 판단하는 제동 판단수단과, 상기 제동 장치가 작동되지 않은 경우에는 작동되고 있는 경우와 비교하여 높은 상기 입력축 회전속도로, 상기 슬립 제어수단에 의한 감속 주행시의 슬립량 제어를 실질적으로 종료시키는 감속 슬립제어 종료수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 직결 클러치의 슬립제어장치.
  3. 엔진과 자동변속기 간을 직결하는 직결 클러치를 갖는 차량에서, 엔진 회전속도와 상기 자동 변속기의 입력축 회전속도와의 회전속도차인 상기 직경 클러치의 슬립량을 제어하는 슬립제어수단을 구비한 차량용 직결 클러치의 슬립제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 회전속도에 의해 작동되어지는 보조기기가 작동되고 있는지의 여부를 판단하는 보조기작동 판단수단과, 상기 보조기가 작동되고 있는 경우에는 작동되지 않는 경우와 비교하여 높은 상기 입력축 회전속도로, 상기 슬립 제어수단에 의한 감속 주행시의 슬립량 제어를 실질적으로 종료시키는 감속 슬립제어 종료수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 직결 클러치의 슬립제어장치.
