Abstract
자동변속기의 제어장치는, 각 변속단을 시프트하는 변속기어기구와, 업시프트선과 다운시프트선을 포함하는 변속선도와, 변속동작이 변속선도의 엔진부하에 의거하여 실행되어야 하고 운전상태가 원래의 변속단에 복귀한 가능성이 예측되는 변속시를 검출하는 장치와, 엔진부하의 안정상태를 검출하는 엔진부하검출장치와, 그리고 엔진부하검출장치가 변속시검출장치에 의해 검출된 변속시에 엔진부하의 안정상태를 검출한후 변속선도에 따라 변속기어기구를 제어하는 제어기를 구비하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 제어장치를 적용할 수 있는 자동변속기의 개략도,
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 변속선도,
제3도는 의사드로롤밸브개도신호를 표시하는 그래프,
제4도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 변속제어회로.
Claims (14)
- 각 변속단을 시프트하는 변속수단과, 업시프트션 및 다운시프트선을 포함하는 변속선도와, 변속선도상에서 엔진부하에 따라서 변속동작이 실행되어야할 때로서 운전상태가 원래의 변속단에 복귀할 가능성이 예측되는 변속시를 검출하는 변속시 검출수단과, 엔진부하의 안정상태를 검출하는 엔진부하 검출수단과, 그리고 변속시 검출수단에 의해 검출된 변속시에, 엔진부하검출수단이 엔진부하의 안정상태를 검출한후, 변속선도에 의거해서 변속수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진부하검출수단은, 실제 엔진부하신호와 실제엔진부하신호에 의거한 완변화 엔진부하신호와의 차이가 소정치미만일때 변화하는 의사(擬似)엔진부하신호를 사용함으로써, 엔진부하의 안정상태를 검출하며, 상기 제어수단은 의사엔진부하 신호에 의거해서 변속수단을 제어하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속선도는 엔진무부하근방의 저속단에 있어서 고속축에 연장된 영역을 가지며, 상기 변속시 검출수단은 운전상태가 엔진부하의 변화에 따라서 연장된 영역을 횡단하는 변속시를 검출하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 엔진의 무부하신호가 입력될때, 저속단을 유지하도록 변속수단을 제어하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 브레이크가 작동될 때에만, 저속단이 유지되도록 변속수단을 제어하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 실제엔진부하와 완변화엔진부하와의 차이가 소정치보다 클때에만, 엔진의 무부하신호의 입력에 의해 저속단이 유지되도록 변속수단을 제어하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 차량의 감속도가 소정치 미만일 때에만, 엔진의 무부하신호의 입력에 의해 저속단이 유지되도록 변속수단을 제어하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 변속선도는 업시프트 및 다운시프트선과는 다른 구획된 운전영역을 가지며, 상기 장치는 또한 상기 변속선도상에서 운전상태가 저속단의 연장된 영역으로부터 연장된 영역을 제외한 다른 영역으로 이동하는 것을 검출하는 운전상태 검출수단과, 운전상태가 운전상태검출수단에 의해 검출되었을때, 업시프트 및 다운시프트선에 의거한 변속동작을 운전영역에 의거한 변속동작으로 전환해서 저속단을 유지하기 위한 제2제어수단을 포함하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 운전영역은, 차량이 저속단에서 정속주행하는 제3운전영역을 포함하고, 상기 제2제어수단은 제3운전영역에서 저속단의 유지를 지속하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 운전영역은, 제1소정엔진부하의 제1엔진부하보다 큰 제2소정엔진부하에 의해 둘러싸인 제2운전영역을 포함하며, 상기 제2제어수단은 엔진부하가 안정할때 운전상태가 제2운전영역으로 들어간 후에 저속단의 유지를 해제하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 운전영역은, 엔진부하가 제2소정엔진부하보다 큰 제1운전영역을 포함하고, 상기 제2제어수단은 운전상태가 제1운전영역으로 들어간 직후에 저속단의 유지를 해제하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2운전영역은 제2변속선도의 업시프트선을 따라 형성되어 있는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 자동변속기를 토크콘버떠와 토크콘버터의 입력 및 출력축을 직접 연결하는 록업클러치를 구비하며, 상기 변속선도는 록업클러치가 체결되는 록업영역을 포함하며, 상기 제2제어수단은, 변속동작이 록업영역에서 실행된후 소정시간이 경과했을때 록업클러치를 체결하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.
- 업시프트 및 다운시프트선과 업시프트 및 다운시프트선과는 다른 구획된 운전영역을 포함하는 변속선도와, 상기 업시프트선은 저속단에 있어서 고속측으로 연장된 영역을 형성하며, 변속선도상에서 운전상태가 저속단의 연장된 영역으로부터 연장된 영역을 제외한 다른 영역으로 이동하는 것을 검출하는 운전상태검출수단과; 그리고 업시프트 및 다능시프트선에 의한 변속동작을 운전영역에 의거한 변속동작으로 전환하는 제어수단을 구비하는 자동변속기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
