Abstract
본 발명은 배기가스 정화용 촉매에 함유한 Ba나 La가 배기가스중에 S나 H2O에 의해 피독되는 것을 방지하는 것으로써, Ba 및 La 중 적어도 한쪽을 함유한 제1층이 내측에, 배기가스중의 수분을 흡착하는 제올라이트를 함유한 제2층이 외측이 되도록, 이 양 층을 담체에 적층상태로 담지시킨 것이다.

Claims (12)
- 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 촉매금속을 가진 촉매층이 담체에 담지되어 있는 배기가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서, 상기 촉매층이 Ba 및 La 중 적어도 한쪽을 함유한 제1층과, 배기가스중의 수분을 흡착하는 흡수제를 함유한 제2층을 구비하고, 상기 제1층이 내측에 배치되며, 상기 제2층이 외측에 배치되어 있고, 상기 제1층 및 제 2층의 적어도 한쪽에 상기 촉매금속이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수제가 결정성 금속함유 실리케이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매금속이 귀금속이며, 또 상기 제2층에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속이 Pt 및 Rh인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1층 및 제2층 중 적어도 한쪽이 세륨산화물을 함유한것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 Pd 및 알루미나를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2층의 전체 촉매층에 점하는 중량비율이 3/40~34/40인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이 Pt를 추가로 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 촉매금속을 가진 촉매층이 담체에 형성되어 있는 배기가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서, 상기 촉매층이 Ba가 담지된 결정성 금속함유 실리케이트를 함유한 제1층과, 촉매금속을 함유한 제2층을 구비하며, 상기 제1층이 외측에 배치되고, 상기 제2층이 내측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 Ba양이 전체 촉매층의 7~45wt%/인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 Ba양이 전체 촉매층의 10~30wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
- 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 촉매금속을 가진 배기가스 정화용 촉매의 제조방법에 잇어서, 담체상에 Ba를 함유한 촉매층을 형성한 후, 상기 촉매층위에 결정성 금속함유 실리케이트를 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
