Abstract
본 발명은 Co/A1 비율이 0.2내지 0.6이 되도록 Co로 이온교환되고, Ca, Sr, Ba, La, Mn, Ag, In, 및 Ni중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로 로드된 BEA 제오라이트를 함유하는 NOx 환원촉매를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 본 발명의촉매의 사용을 포함하는 NOx의 환원방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의촉매는 낮은 NOx 및 탄화 수소 농도에서도 촉매 활성을 방해하는 수증기 및 다른 물질을 함유하는 실제적인 배기가스 내에서의 낮은 온동에서 높은 활성, 높은 NOx 환원선별성 및 내구성을 제공한다.

Claims (12)
- Cp/A1비율이 0.2내지 0.6이 되도록 Co로 이온교환되고, Ca, Sr, Ba, La, Mn, Ag, In, 및 Ni중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로 로드된 BEA제오라이트를 함유하는, 산소-풍부 대기내 탄화수소에 의한 질소산화물을 환원용 촉매.
- Co/A1비율이 0.2내지 0.6이 되도록 Co로 이온교환되고, Ca, Sr, Ba 및 Mn 주엥서 선택된 하나 이상의 금소으로 로드된 BEA 제오라이트를 함유하는, 산소-풍부 대기내 탄화수소에 의한 질소산화물 환원용 촉매.
- Co/A1비율이 0.2내지 0.6이 되도록 Co로 이온교환되고, Ni로 로드된 BEA 제오라이트를 함유하는, 산소-풍부 대기내탄화수소에 의한 질소산화물 환원용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 먼저 Co로 이온교환되고 이어서 Ca, Sr, Ba, La, Mn, Ag, In, 및 Ni중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로의 침착에 의해 로드된 BEA 제오라이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, BEA 제오라이트가 10 내지 100의 SiO2/A1203 비율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 침착된 금속의 양이 0.2 내지 5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, Co로 이온교환된 후에 로드되는 금속이 Ni이고 Ni의 양이 0.4내지 2중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- Co/A1의 비율이 0.2내지 0.6의 Co/A1비율을 갖고 Ca, Sr, Ba, La, Mn, Ag, In, 및 Ni중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로 로드되며 10 내지 100의 SiO2/A12O3 비율을 갖는 BEA 제오라이트를 함유하는, 산소-풍부 대기내 탄화수소에 의한 질소산화물 환원용 촉매.
- 제5항 내지 제8항에 있어서, SiO2/A12O3 비율이 15내지 50의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- Co로 이온교환되어, 0.2내지 0.6의 Co/A1비율을 갖고 Ca, Sr, Ba, La, Mn, Ag, In, 및 Ni중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로 로드된 BEA 제오라이트를 함유하는, 촉매와 배기가스를 접촉시키는 것으로 이루어진, 탄화 수소 및 과량의 산소를 포함하는 배기가스 내에서 2개 이상의 탄소를 갖는 탄화수소에 의한 질소산화물의 환원방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매가, 먼저 Co로 이온교환되고 이어서 0.2내지 5중량%로 Ca, Sr, Ba, La, Mn, Ag, In, 및 Ni중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속으로의 침착에 의해 로드되며 10내지 100의 SiO2/A12O3 비율을 갖는 BEA제오라이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NOx의 환원방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 배기가스내에 함유된 메탄의 견지에서 계산된 탄화수소중 90% 이상이 4개 이하의 탄소를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 NOx의 환원방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
