Description
触媒成分が貴金属Aと遷移金属Bの組み合せになるように、前記逆ミセル中にて多孔質体C内部で析出した金属と異なる貴金属A又は遷移金属Bのいずれか一方を、前記多孔質体C表面に析出させて、逆ミセル内で多孔質体Cの内部と外部とに触媒貴金属A及び遷移金属Bが存在する複合化合物とする工程と、
を有することを要旨とする。
図1は、触媒の調製方法の概略的な工程を説明する図である。なお、図1は、触媒貴金属Aを多孔質体Cで包接し、包接した多孔質体Cの外殻に遷移金属Bを担持して複合化合物として、触媒を調製した例を示す。
溶媒であるシクロヘキサン5Lに界面活性剤としてポリエチレングリコール-モノ4-ノニルフェニルエーテル(NP5)330gを添加した後(工程20)、さらに、触媒貴金属Aとしてイオン交換水39.9mlで希釈した8.46%ジニトロジアミン白金溶液0.59gを混合し(工程21)、2時間撹拌してPtイオンを含む逆ミセル溶液を調製した。
溶媒であるシクロヘキサン5Lに界面活性剤としてポリエチレングリコール-モノ4-ノニルフェニルエーテル(NP5)330gを添加した後(工程30)、さらに、遷移金属Bとして硝酸コバルト1.3gをイオン交換水26.54mlに分散した溶液を添加し(工程31)、2時間撹拌して、コバルトイオンを含む逆ミセル溶液を調製した。
溶媒であるシクロヘキサン5Lに界面活性剤としてポリエチレングリコール-モノ4-ノニルフェニルエーテル(NP5)330gを添加した後、さらに、触媒貴金属Aとしてイオン交換水39.9mlで希釈した8.46%ジニトロジアミン白金溶液0.59gを混合し、2時間撹拌してPtイオンを含む逆ミセル溶液を調製した。
溶媒であるシクロヘキサン5Lに界面活性剤としてポリエチレングリコール-モノ4-ノニルフェニルエーテル(NP5)330gを添加した後、さらに、遷移金属Bとして硝酸鉄1.9gをイオン交換水26.3mlに分散した溶液を添加し、2時間撹拌した後、鉄イオンを含む逆ミセル溶液を調製した。
溶媒であるシクロヘキサン5Lに界面活性剤としてポリエチレングリコール-モノ4-ノニルフェニルエーテル(NP5)330gを添加した後、さらに、触媒貴金属Aとしてイオン交換水39.9mlで希釈した8.46%ジニトロジアミン白金溶液0.59gを混合し、2時間撹拌してPtイオンを含む逆ミセル溶液を調製した。

比表面積200m2/gのアルミナ100gにジニトロジアミンPtを1.0wt%となるように担持し、120℃で一昼夜乾燥した後、400℃で1時間焼成した。

Claims (5)
- 逆ミセル法を用いて逆ミセルの内部にPt、Pd、Rh、Ir、Ru、Os及びAuの中から選択される少なくとも一種である触媒貴金属A又はMn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu及びZnの中から選択される少なくとも一種である遷移金属Bのいずれか一方を析出させて析出物を多孔質体Cにより包接する工程と、
触媒成分が前記触媒貴金属Aと前記遷移金属Bの組み合せになるように、前記逆ミセル中にて前記多孔質体C内部で析出した金属と異なる前記触媒貴金属A又は前記遷移金属Bのいずれか一方を、前記多孔質体C表面に析出させて、逆ミセル内で前記多孔質体Cの内部と外部とに前記触媒貴金属A及び前記遷移金属Bが存在する複合化合物とする工程と、
を有することを特徴とする触媒の調製方法。 - 前記複合化合物は、前記触媒貴金属Aの化合物を逆ミセル内で析出した後、前記多孔質体Cの化合物を逆ミセル内で析出し、その後、前記遷移金属Bの化合物を逆ミセル内で析出して形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒の調製方法。
- 前記複合化合物は、前記遷移金属Bの化合物を逆ミセル内で析出した後、前記多孔質体Cの化合物を逆ミセル内で析出し、その後、前記触媒貴金属Aの化合物を逆ミセル内で析出して形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒の調製方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒の調製方法により調製された触媒。
- 請求項4に記載の触媒を含む触媒層を有する排ガス浄化用触媒。
