Claims (6)
- アルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属よりなるNOx吸蔵材とゼオライトとを含む排気ガス浄化用触媒であって、
担体上における排ガス流れ方向上流側に、ゼオライト、アルミナ、Ce含有酸化物及び触媒金属を含み、前記NOx吸蔵材を含まない酸化触媒層が形成され、
前記担体上における排ガス流れ方向下流側に、前記NOx吸蔵材、アルミナ、Ce含有酸化物及び触媒金属を含み、ゼオライトを含まないLNT層が形成され、
前記担体上における前記酸化触媒層と前記LNT層との間には、前記酸化触媒層及びLNT層の成分が混在している混在層が形成されていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化用触媒。 - 前記混在層及びLNT層に含まれる前記NOx吸蔵材の総質量を基準として12.5質量%以上50質量%以下の前記NOx吸蔵材が前記混在層に含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒。
- 前記担体は、セル断面形状が六角形である六角セルハニカム構造であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒。
- アルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属よりなるNOx吸蔵材とゼオライトとを含む排気ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法であって、
担体上における排ガス流れ方向上流側に、ゼオライト、アルミナ、Ce含有酸化物及び触媒金属を含み、前記NOx吸蔵材を含まない酸化触媒層を形成する工程と、
前記担体上における排ガス流れ方向下流側に、アルミナ及びCe含有酸化物を含み、ゼオライトを含まないLNTサポート材を形成する工程と、
前記LNTサポート材と前記酸化触媒層の一部とに、排ガス流れ方向下流側から前記NOx吸蔵材及び触媒金属を含浸担持することによりLNT層及び混在層を形成する工程とを備えていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法。 - 前記含浸担持されたNOx吸蔵材の総質量を基準として12.5質量%以上50質量%以下の前記NOx吸蔵材が前記混在層に含まれるように前記NOx吸蔵材の含浸担持を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法。
- 前記担体として、セル断面形状が六角形である六角セルハニカム構造の担体を用いることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の排気ガス浄化用触媒の製造方法。
