Abstract
광 기전력 변환기의 적어도 광 입사면이 에틸렌과 불포화 지방산 에스테르의 공중합체를 포함하는 유기 중합체 수지층으로 밀봉되는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체가 제공된다. 이 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체는 고내열성 및 저흡수성이 있는 표면층을 갖고 있고 수분 존재시에도 산의 유리가 없다. 반도체 장치는 고습 환경 하에서 광기전력 소자의 션트 저항의 저항에 의한 특성 저하가 방지된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 태양 전지 모듈과 같은 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체의 개략 단면도, 제2A도는 제1도에 도시된 태양 전지 모듈에서 사용되는 광 기전력 변환기의 개략 단면도.
Claims (9)
- 광 기전력 변환기의 적어도 광 입사면이 유기 중합체 수지층으로 밀봉되어 있는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체에 있어서, 상기 유기 수지층이 에틸렌 및 불포화 지방산 에스테르의 공중합체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 기전력 변환기는 제1전극으로서 도전성 기판, 상기 도전성 기판상에 형성된 광 기전력 소자로서 광활성 반도체층 및 제2전극으로서 그 위에 형성된 투광성 도전성층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상에 광 기전력 변환기가 비단결정 반도체를 포함하는 광활성 반도체층을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비단결정 반도체가 비결정 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 지방산 에스테르가 메틸 아크릴레이트 또는 에틸아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 기전력 변환기는 단락 회로부를 수리하기 위해 결함 제거 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 기전력 변환기가 1㏀ ㎠ 내지 5㏀ ㎠ 범위의 션트 저항을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 기전력 변환기가 광 입사면에 제공되는 집전 전극을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 밀봉 반도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체의 상기 광 입사면이 최외층으로서 불화물 중합체의 박막에 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투광성 수지 밀봉 반도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
