Abstract

본 발명의 태양전지모듈은, 필러재로 봉입된 광전지소자(태양전지)와, 광전지 소자의 광수용면측 위에 배치된 3층구조의 코팅재로 이루어지며, 상기 코팅재는 쇼어경도 D로 경도가 50이상인 경질수지층, 경질수지층을 열화시키는 파장을 지닌 자외선을 흡수하고 광전지소자의 전력발생에 필요한 자외선을 투과시키는 기능과 접착 기능을 지닌 접착층 및, 내후성에 우수한 최외층(수지자체는 열, 빛, 습기에 대한 안정하다)으로 이루어지고, 상기 경질수지층, 접착층 및 최외층이 이순서대로 적층되어 있다.

Description

3층구조의 표면코팅재를 지닌 태양전지모듈(SOLAR CELL MODULE HAVING A SURFACE COATING MATERIAL OF THEREE-LAYERED STRUCTURE)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 일례의 태양전지모듈의 개략 단면도이고, 제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 태양전기모듈에 사용된 일례에 태양전지소자의 개략 단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 광변환부재로서 반도체 광활성층을 지닌 광전지소자로 이루어지며, 상기 광전지소자는 필러재로 봉입되어 있고, 상기 광전지소자의 광수용 표면측에 경질수지층, 접착층 및 외부층이 이 순서대로 적층되어 있는 태양전지모듈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경질수지층은 쇼어경도 D로 경도가 50이상인 수지로 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경질수지층은 폴리카보네이트수지 및 폴리에스테르수지에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경질수지층의 두께는 50∼125㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 열가소성 수지와 자외선 흡수제를 혼합하여 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 파장 400㎚ 이하의 광에 대한 전체 광투과율이 90% 이상이고, 380㎚에 대해 50% 이상, 350㎚ 이하에 대해 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착층의 열가소성 수지는 에텔렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체(EVA), 폴리비닐부티랄(PVB), 실리콘수지 및 아크릴수지에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층의 두께는 50∼200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최외층은 물에 대한 접촉각이 70° 이상인 수지로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 최외층은 플루오르수지로 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 광활성층은 무정형 반도체 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무정형 반도체 박막은 무정형 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지모듈.
