Abstract
광 기전력 소자로서의 광 활성 반도체 층 및 광 입사측면에 설치된 투명한 표면 피복재를 포함하는 태양 전지 모듈이 제공되고, 표면 피복재는 알킬화 3급 아민 화합물을 포함하는 광 안정화제를 함유한다. 태양 전지 모듈의 표면 피복층은 내후성과 내열성이 높으므로, 장기간 사용시에 광 기전력 소자의 성능 열화를 최소화시키고 외부 충격으로부터 모듈을 보호한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 태양 전지 모듈의 한 예의 개략 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 태양 전지 모듈에 사용되는 광 기전력 소자의 기본 구성을 도시한 개략 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 광 기전력 소자로서의 광 활성 반도체 층, 및 광 입사측면에 설치된 투명한 표면 피복재를 포함하는 태양 전지 모듈에 있어서, 표면 피복층인 알킬화된 3급 아민 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 태양 전지 모듈이 도전성 기판, 광 활성 반도체 층 및 투명한 도전층으로 구성된 광 기전력 소자, 및 광 입사측면에 설치된 충전재와 최외표면층으로 이루어지는 최소한 2층의 표면 피복재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면층이 불소 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 에틸렌계 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 불포화 지방산 에스테르의 공중합체 수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 피복재가 무기계 자외선 흡수제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 피복재가 고분자량 자외선 흡수제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 기전력 소자의 선트 저항이 2,000 내지 200,000Ωcm2의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지 모듈.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
