Claims (18)

  1. 적어도 제1과 제2반도체층으로 피복된 만곡 표면을 갖는 긴 기판, 상기 제1반도체층과 상기 기판 사이에 배치된 제1도전층, 및 상기 제2반도체층상에 배치된 제2도전층을 구비하는 반도체 태양 전지에 있어서, 상기 반도체층이 상기 기판 부근에 선택적으로 배치되어 상기 긴 기판 부근에 아치형 세그먼트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판의 형상이 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1도전층이 몰립덴인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1반도체층이 제1도전형 도펀트로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2반도체층이 상기 제1반도체층의 도전형 도펀트와 반대인 도전형 도펀트를 갖는 도펀트로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2도전층이 ZnO인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지.
  7. 적어도 제1과 제2반도체층으로 피복된 만곡 표면을 갖는 긴 기판, 상기 제1반도체층과 상기 기판 사이에 배치된 제1도전층, 상기 제2반도체층상에 배치된 제2도전층, 상기 기판, 상기 제1과 제2반도체층과 상기 제1과 제2도전층이 반도체 태양 전지를 형성하는 반도체 태양 전지로서, 상기 반도체층은 상기 기판 부근에 선택적으로 배치되어 상기 긴 기판 부근에 아치형 세그먼트를 형성하고, 상기 반도체 태양 전지가 상판에 부착된 반도체 태양 전지, 상기 반도체 태양 전지와 상기 상판에 인가되는 금속화층으로서, 상기 금속화층은 선택적으로 제거되어 도전 경로를 제공하는 금속화층, 및 상기 도전 경로에 연결된 전기 패드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 상판이 보호 물질로 피복된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보호 물질이 무반사 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 피복된 기판과 상기 상판이 프레임에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 프레임이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1도전층은 아치형의 세그먼트의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1도전층은 아치형의 세그먼트의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 금속화층이 선택적으로 제거되어 인접하는 반도체 태양 전지 사이의 직렬 전기 접속을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 태양 전지의 환경 보호를 위한 피복재를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보호 물질이 상기 태양 전지상에 광밀도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2도전층이 아치형의 세그먼트의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지.
  18. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2도전층이 아치형의 세그먼트의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 태양 전지 모듈.
