Claims (15)
- 소성화된 폴리비닐 부티랄층과, 하나 또는 그 이상의 광선반사금속층과 둘 또는 그 이상의 반사방지층을 포함하는 금속/유전층을 포함하는 태양광선차단 어셈블리에 있어서, 표면에 부착하는 Ta2O5나 Siox(x≤2)의 캡층은 상기 소성화된 폴리비닐 부티랄층에 접촉하며, 유리와 함께 박판 적층되었을 때 퇴색시험기, 내후성 시험기 또는 이와 상응하는 시스템에 있어 자외선 복사에 대한 최소 1000시간의 노출이 지난 후 최소 3의 펌멜(pummel) 부착을 보여주는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 캡층은 Siox(x≤2)인 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 캡층은 Ta2O5인 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 펌멜부착은 4와 6사이에 있는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 캡층은 상기 금속/유전적층의 최상부층인 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- a)투명한 기판과 b)소성화된 폴리비닐 부티랄층과 c)상기 기판과 상기 PVB층 사이에 있는 하나 또는 그 이상의 광선반사 금속층과, 반사방지 금속산화층과 인접한 각각의 표면과, 상기 소성화된 폴리비닐 부티랄층과 표면 부착 접촉하는 Ta2O5나 Siox(x≤2)의 캡층을 포함하는 금속/유전적층을 포함하는 한편, 유리와 함께 박판 적층함에 있어서 퇴색시험기, 내후성시험기나 이와 상응하는 시스템에 있어 강렬한 자외선 복사에 대한 1000시간 노출후에 최소 3의 팜멜부착을 보여주는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 유리층인 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 한 면에서는 상기 금속적층과 또 다른 한면에서는 소성화된 폴리비닐 부티랄의 다른 층과 접촉함에 있어서 유향 폴리에스터층을 포함하는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 캡층은 Ta2O5를 포함하는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 캡층은 Sio2를 포함하는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 9항에 있어서 펌멜부착은 3과 7사이에 있는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 펌멜부착은 3과 7사이에 있는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- (a)유리의 투명한 기판이나 분자적으로 유향된 폴리에틸렌 텔리프탈레이트 필름과 (b) ① 상기 기판위의 아연산화물의 제 1층과 ② 상기 제 1아연 산화층위의 은의 제 2층과 ③ 상기 제 2은층 위의 아연산화물의 제 3층과 ④ 상기 제 3아연층위의 Ta산화물이나 Siox(x≤2)의 제 4층을, 포함하는 상기 기판위의 금속/유전적층과 (c) 상기 금속/유전적층의 제 4층과 면-부착 접촉하는 소성화된 폴리비닐 부티랄층을 포함하는 한편, 유리와 함께 적층됨에 있어 퇴색시험기나 내후성시험기 또는 이와 상응하는 시스템에 있어 강렬한 자외선 복사에 대한 1000시간 노출후에 최소 3의 펌멜 부착을 보여주는 태양광선차단 어셈블리.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 제 4층은 Ta2O5인 상기 어셈블리.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 제 4층은 Siox(x≤2)인 상기 어셈블리.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
