Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及玻璃,更具体地说,涉及一种太阳能热反射环保夹层玻璃。
背景技术
现有技术中,在汽车、建筑和防弹等领域,采用夹层玻璃的主要目的是提高玻璃的强度和安全性,也有加入防太阳光的材料,来降低车内辐射的。但是,现有技术中具有防太阳光辐射的夹层玻璃,一般只有能防单一射线的功能,如有的只能防紫外线,有的只能防红外线,而这两种射线对人体健康都是有害的,因此,向市场提供一种既能防紫外线,又能防红外线的夹层玻璃产品十分必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有夹层玻璃性能单一的缺陷,提供一种能反射热能的夹层玻璃,其不但具有普通夹层玻璃的安全性能,还具有滤紫外线和红外线的作用。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种夹层玻璃,包括上层玻璃和下层玻璃及设在上层玻璃与下层玻璃之间的中间层,其特征在于所述的中间层包括交错排列的PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)胶片层和XIR连体膜(太阳能热反射膜)层,
为了获得更好效果,上述PVB胶片的厚度为0.20毫米至0.95毫米,最佳厚度0.38毫米至0.76毫米;XIR连体膜厚度为0.040毫米至0.070毫米,最佳厚度0.055毫米并且与一层PVB胶片结合在一起。
本实用新型中PVB胶片层的设置,使夹层玻璃能将太阳光中的紫外线滤掉,从而极大地保护车内或室内人员及家私、饰物等避免受紫外线的灼伤;XIR连体膜层的设置,使红外线透射率有效降低,减少太阳光的灼热感,减少车内或室内温度的升高,这样在提高人体舒适感的同时,减少了空调的负荷,从而起到节能和环保的作用。

实施例一
如图2所示,本实用新型包括上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5,在上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5之间依次设有厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层2、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层3和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层2。
实施例二
如图3所示,本实用新型包括上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5,在上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5之间依次设有厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层4、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层3和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层2。
实施例三
如图4所示,本实用新型包括上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5,在上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5之间依次设有厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层4、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层3和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层2及另一厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层2。
实施例四
如图5所示,本实用新型包括上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5,在上层玻璃1和下层玻璃5之间依次设有厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层4、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层3和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层2及厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层2。
本实用新型中PVB胶片层的设置,使夹层玻璃能将太阳光中99.9%的紫外线滤掉,从而极大地保护车内或室内人员及家私、饰物等避免受紫外线的灼伤;XIR连体膜层的设置,使夹层玻璃确保可见光透射率在70%以上的技术条件下,可将红外线降低至40%以下,有效隔热,减少太阳光的灼热感,减少车内或室内温度的升高,这样在提高人体舒适感的同时,减少了空调的负荷,从而起到节能和环保的作用。

Claims (7)

1、一种太阳能热反射环保夹层玻璃,包括上层玻璃(1)和下层玻璃(5)及设在上层玻璃与下层玻璃之间的中间层(6),其特征在于,所述中间层包括PVB胶片层和XIR连体膜层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述PVB胶片层厚度为0.20毫米至0.95毫米,所述XIR连体膜层厚度为0.040毫米至0.070毫米。
3根据权利要求2所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述PVB胶片层厚度为0.38毫米至0.76毫米,所述XIR连体膜层厚度为0.055毫米。
4、根据权利要求3所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)依次是厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层(2)、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层(3)和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层(2)。
5、根据权利要求3所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)依次是厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层(4)、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层(3)和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层(2)。
6、根据权利要求3所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)依次是厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层(4)、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层(3)和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层(2)及另一厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层(2)。
7、根据权利要求3所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述中间层(6)依次是厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层(4)、厚度为0.055毫米的XIR连体膜层(3)和厚度为0.38毫米的PVB胶片层(2)及另一厚度为0.76毫米的PVB胶片层(4)。
