Claims (24)
1. Laminirana i urezana ostakljena jedinica za arhitektonsku integraciju sustava solarne energije koja sadrži podlogu ograničenu s dva glavna lica i višeslojnim interferencijskim filterom također ograničenim s dva glavna lica, jedno glavno lice navedene podloge prilagođeno je za dodir s incidentnim medijem, drugo glavno lice je u kontaktu s glavnim licem navedenog interferencijskog filtera, drugo glavno lice navedenog interferencijskog filtera prilagođeno je za dodir s izlaznim medijem; navedeni incidentni medij koji ima indeks loma ninc = 1, navedena podloga ima indeks loma npodloga definirana kao što slijedi: 1.45 ≤ npodloga≤ 1.6 pri 550 nm, i navedeni izlazni medij je definiran kao što slijedi 1.45 ≤ nexit ≤ 1.6 pri 550 nm; i pri čemu je navedena jedinica dizajnirana na takav način da su zadovoljeni sljedeći zahtjevi:
1a) Zasićenost boje, dana od

, prema CIE koordinatama boja L*, a* i b* pri dnevnom osvjetljenju CIE-D65, veća je od 8 pod gotovo normalnim kutom odraza, osim sive i smeđe boje.
1b) Vidljiva odbojnost pod gotovo normalnim kutom odraza Rvis veća je od 4%.
1c) Varijacija dominantne valne duljine λMD dominantne boje MD odraza s promjenjivim kutom odraza Θr manja je od 15 nm za Θr <60 °.
1d) Ukupna hemisferna solarna propusnost pri gotovo normalnoj nagnutosti je iznad 80%.
2. Ostakljena jedinica prema zahtjevu 1 sadrži grubu vanjsku površinu koja raspršuje svjetlost, dobivenu kemijskom obradom kao što je na primjer kiselinsko jetkanje.
3. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva koja koristi tretman kiselog jetkanja koji rezultira anti-refleksnim svojstvima vanjske površine i na taj način poboljšava optička svojstva sustava: solarna propusnost svjetlosnog snopa pri normalnoj nagnutosti iznosi približno 3% više za urezanu površinu nego za neobrađenu površinu.
4. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva s tkanjem vanjske površine kako bi se dodalo olakšanje i približilo izgledu pločica u slučaju krovnih primjena.
5. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva s anti-refleksnim premazom nanesenim na stražnjoj strani laminiranog stakla kako bi se poboljšala optička svojstva sustava za solarnu toplinsku primjenu: solarna propusnost svjetlosnog snopa pri normalnoj nagnutosti iznosi približno 3% više za površinu na koju se nanosi anti-refleksni premaz nego za neobrađenu površinu.
6. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koja sadrži staklo za solarno rolo staklo, ekstra bijelo float staklo (sadržaj željeza <120 ppm) ili polimerne materijale (PET, PEN, PFA, FEP, ETFE, PTFE ...) naznačen time što je solarna propusnost veća od 90% i pogodna za maksimalnu učinkovitost sustava solarne energije.
7. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koja koristi elastomerne međupovezane polimere kao što su EVA, termoplastični proizvodi kao što su PVB ili ionoplastični polimeri za spajanje stakla ili polimernih ploča zajedno laminiranjem i gdje je solarna propusnost jedinice veća od 92 % za polimer debljine 0.4 – 0.5 mm.
8. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačena time što je navedeni interferencijalni filter višeslojni interferencijalni snop do 9, do 400 nm debljine dielektričnih slojeva s malom apsorpcijom izražen koeficijentom izumiranja
k ≤ 0.2 za valne duljine λ s 450 nm ≤ λ ≤ 2500nm.
9. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 8 naznačena time što navedeni interferencijski filter ima odraz zelene boje deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 3 podsloja na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L sa 1.4 ≤ nL ≤ 2.2 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; opći dizajn je:
zrak incidentnog medija // podloga // 30 + 12 nm H / 25 + 12 nm od L / 320 + 12 nm od H / / / izlaznog srednjeg polimera.
10. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time što navedeni interferencijski filter ima odraz zelene boje deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 5 podslojeva na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L sa 1.4 ≤ nL ≤ 2.2 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; opći dizajn je:
zrak incidentnog medija // podloga // 185 + 12 nm od H / 25 + 12 nm od L / 35 + 12 nm od H / 35 + 12 nm od L / 130 + 12 nm od H // izlaznog srednjeg polimera.
11. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što navedeni interferencijski filter ima odraz zelene boje deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 7 podslojeva na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L sa 1.4 ≤ nL ≤ 2.2 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; opći dizajn je:
zrak incidentnog medija // podloga // 160 + 12 nm od H / 130 + 12 nm od L / 65 + 12 nm od H / 25 + 12 nm od L / 70 + 12 nm od H / 160 + 12 nm od L / 100 + 12 nm od H // izlaznog srednjeg polimera.
12. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što sadrži interferencijski filter s odrazom plave boje deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 3 podsloja na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L sa 1.4 ≤ nL ≤ 1.8 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; opći dizajn je:
zrak incidentnog medija // podloga / 45 + 12 nm od H / 70 + 12 nm od L / 45 + 12 nm od H // izlaznog srednjeg polimera.
13. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što sadrži interferencijski filter sa žutozelenom bojom deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 5 podslojeva na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L s 1.65 ≤ nL ≤ 2.1 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; višeslojni dizajn koji odgovara ovome:
zrak incidentnog medija // podloga / 175 + 12 nm od H / 85 + 12 nm od L / 50 + 12 nm od H / 25 + 12 nm od L / 300 + 12 nm od H // izlaznog srednjeg polimera.
14. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što sadrži interferencijski filter s žuto-narančastim odrazom deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 7 podslojeva na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L sa 1.4 ≤ nL ≤ 1.8 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; višeslojni dizajn koji odgovara ovome:
zrak incidentnog medija // podloga / 120 + 12 nm od H / 120 + 12 nm od L / 95 + 12 nm od H / 90 + 12 nm od L / 90 + 12 nm od H / 95 + 12 nm od L / 100 + 12 nm od H // izlaznog srednjeg polimera.

Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što sadrži interferencijski filter s odrazom sive boje deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 2 podsloja na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L sa 1.4 ≤ nL ≤ 1.8 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; višeslojni dizajn koji odgovara ovome:

16. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što sadrži interferencijski filter s odrazom smeđe boje deponiran na staklenoj ili polimernoj podlozi sa 1.45 ≤ npodloga ≤ 1.6 na 550 nm i sastavljen je od 4 podsloja na temelju materijala niskog indeksa loma L sa 1.65 ≤ nL ≤ 2.1 pri 550 nm i materijala visokog indeksa loma H sa 1.8 ≤ nH ≤ 2.5 na 550 nm; višeslojni dizajn koji odgovara ovome:
zrak incidentnog medija // podloga // 50 + 12 nm od H / 90 + 12 nm od L / 65 + 12 nm od H / 55 + 12 nm od L // izlaznog srednjeg polimera.
17. Ostakljena jedinica prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva sadrži jednu ili više staklenih ploča koje su termički obrađene (ojačane toplinom ili potpuno kaljene) za sigurnost u fasadnoj primjeni.
18. Sustav solarne energije sadrži laminirano staklo prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva.
19. Sustav solarne energije prema zahtjevu 18 sadrži toplinski kolektor i naznačen time što je staklo izravno zalijepljeno na solarni toplinski kolektor.
20. Sustav solarne energije prema zahtjevu 19 naznačen time što je solarno staklo veće od okvira kolektora.
21. Sustav solarne energije prema zahtjevu 18 sadrži PV sustav s aktivnim sustavom (silicijske stanice, PV tanki slojevi, kontakti, stražnji reflektor, ...) potpuno integriran u laminirano staklo.
22. Solarni krov ili fasada zgrade koji sadrže sustav solarne energije prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 18 do 21.
23. Solarni krov ili fasada zgrade prema prethodnom zahtjevu gdje je sustav solarne energije suspendiran pričvršćenjima povezanim za staklo.
24. Solarni krov ili fasada zgrade prema zahtjevu 22 ili 23 s preklapanjem laminiranog stakla.
