Definitions
- the present invention relates to a laminate including a heat ray shielding layer, which is preferably used for laminated glass having excellent impact resistance, penetration resistance, and crime prevention.
- laminated glass having a structure in which a transparent adhesive resin layer (intermediate film) is sandwiched between glass plates is used for glass used for automobiles, particularly windshields.
- the adhesive resin layer is formed of, for example, a PVB film, an EVA film, or the like, and the presence of the adhesive resin layer improves the penetration resistance of the laminated glass.
- broken glass fragments remain attached to the adhesive resin layer in response to external impacts, thus preventing scattering. For this reason, for example, even if a laminated glass of an automobile is broken for the purpose of theft or intrusion, the window cannot be opened freely, so that it is useful as a security glass.
- the transparent adhesive layer that bonds the two glass plates of laminated glass or the glass plate of the film tempered glass and the plastic film is required to have excellent adhesion and penetration resistance as described above. .
- the above laminated glass generally has excellent adhesion and penetration resistance and is excellent in safety, but does not take into account heat ray blocking properties.
- heat ray cut glass is commercially available. This heat ray cut glass is obtained by applying a metal / metal oxide multi-layer coating on the surface of a glass plate by vapor deposition of metal or the like and sputtering processing for the purpose of directly blocking sunlight. This multilayer coating is vulnerable to external scratches and has poor chemical resistance.
- Such glass is generally used as laminated glass by laminating an intermediate film made of EVA or the like.
- the above-mentioned heat ray cut glass uses a metal, there is a problem that the transparency is deteriorated or the transmission of electromagnetic waves is hindered to adversely affect communication functions such as a mobile phone and a car navigation system. Furthermore, since the above-mentioned heat ray cut glass uses a multilayer coating, there is a problem that it becomes expensive.
- Patent Document 3 proposes a laminated glass using an intermediate film in which tungsten oxide is dispersed as a heat ray shielding agent in a soft resin.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a heat ray shielding laminate in which deterioration due to discoloration is suppressed even when a heat ray shielding agent comprising tungsten oxide is included.
- Tungsten oxide is excellent in the shielding effect of heat rays (near infrared rays), but a film using the tungsten oxide may show a change in transmittance accompanied by blue discoloration. This is probably because the film is exposed to sunlight for a long time, such as when used outdoors. That is, it is considered that tungsten oxide is deteriorated by being irradiated with sunlight, particularly ultraviolet rays for a long time, to produce pentavalent tungsten, and thereby the color is changed to blue.
- such a film added with an ultraviolet absorber to prevent discoloration due to tungsten oxide can prevent discoloration to blue due to oxidation degradation of tungsten oxide, Furthermore, it discovered that it may change to yellow when it is used over a long period of time. The cause of such yellowing is not clear, but it is thought to be due to the deterioration over time of the ultraviolet absorber itself added to suppress the deterioration of the tungsten oxide.
- the present invention is a heat ray shielding laminate having a heat ray shielding layer containing tungsten oxide and / or composite tungsten oxide, and at least one adhesive resin layer,
- the adhesive resin layer contains an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer and an adhesive resin, and the light transmittance of the adhesive resin layer at a wavelength of 380 nm is 10% or less.
- the heat ray shielding laminate of the present invention can efficiently cut near infrared rays by including a heat ray shielding agent made of tungsten oxide.
- the heat ray-shielding laminate has a specific ultraviolet ray-cutting property, so that blue discoloration due to oxidative degradation of tungsten oxide can be prevented to a high level, and an ultraviolet stabilizer can be used for a longer period of time by including a light stabilizer. Yellowing due to deterioration of the absorbent can be prevented.
- the heat ray shielding laminate of the present invention efficiently cuts heat rays (infrared rays), is highly suppressed from deterioration due to discoloration, and can maintain excellent transparency over a long period of time.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a heat ray shielding laminate as a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
- the schematic sectional drawing of a heat ray shielding laminated body is shown as other suitable one Embodiment of this invention. It is a schematic sectional drawing of the heat ray shielding laminated glass of this invention. It is a schematic sectional drawing of the heat ray shielding glass of this invention.
- the heat ray shielding laminate of the present invention has a heat ray shielding layer containing tungsten oxide and / or composite tungsten oxide, and at least one adhesive resin layer.
- the heat ray generally means infrared rays, particularly infrared rays having a wavelength of 780 nm or more that raises the temperature even among sunlight rays.
- the adhesive resin layer used for the heat ray shielding laminate of the present invention contains an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer and an adhesive resin.
- the adhesive resin layer has a light transmittance of 380 nm at a wavelength of 5% or less, preferably 3% or less, more preferably 1% or less.
- the (composite) tungsten oxide contained in the heat ray shielding layer can be highly prevented from being discolored to blue due to oxidative degradation.
- the light stabilizer can capture and stabilize harmful free radicals generated by irradiation with ultraviolet rays.
- the adhesive resin layer contains a light stabilizer, it is possible to prevent the ultraviolet absorber from being discolored yellow due to deterioration.
- the content of the light stabilizer in the adhesive resin layer is preferably 0.05 to 1.0 part by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 0.5 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the adhesive resin.

Abstract
