前記接着樹脂層が、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤及び接着樹脂を含み、且つ
前記接着樹脂層の波長380nmの光線透過率が10%以下であることを特徴とする熱線遮蔽性積層体により上記課題を解決する。
本発明の熱線遮蔽性積層体に用いられる接着樹脂層は、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤及び接着樹脂を含む。このように紫外線吸収剤を含むことにより、接着樹脂層は、波長380nmの光線透過率が5%以下、好ましくは3%以下、より好ましくは1%以下である。このような接着樹脂層によれば、熱線遮蔽層に含まれる(複合)タングステン酸化物が酸化劣化することによって、青色に変色するのを高く防止することができる。
[但し、R1が、水素原子又はヒドロキシル基を表し、R2が、水素原子又はヒドロキシル基を表し、R3が、水素原子、ヒドロキシル基、炭素原子数1〜14個(特に1〜8個)のアルキル基又は炭素原子数1〜14個(特に5〜8個)のアルコキシ基を表し、そしてR4が、水素原子、ヒドロキシル基、炭素原子数1〜14個(特に1〜8個)のアルキル基又は炭素原子数1〜14(特に5〜8個)のアルコキシ基を表す]で示される化合物が好ましく用いられる。
本発明の熱線遮蔽性積層体に用いられる熱線遮蔽層は、熱線遮蔽材として、タングステン酸化物及び/又は複合タングステン酸化物を含む。これらの(複合)タングステン酸化物は、可視光透過率を低下させることなく、優れた熱線遮蔽性を熱線遮蔽性積層体に付与することができる。

を有する重合体Aを挙げることができる。これらの中で、上記重合体A、フルオロエチレンビニルエーテル(FEVE)が好ましい。これらの(共)重合体は、さらに官能基(例、アルコキシシリル基、ヒドロキシル基、アミノ基、イミノ基、(メタ)アクリロイロキシ基、エポキシ基、カルボキシル基、スルホニル基、アクリレート型イソシアヌレート基、硫酸塩基)を有していても良い。市販されているフッ素樹脂の好ましい例としては、ルミフロン(登録商標、旭硝子(株)製)、サイトップ(登録商標、旭硝子(株)製)、ゼッフル(登録商標、ダイキン化学(株)製)、オプツール(登録商標、ダイキン化学(株)製)を挙げることができる。
本発明の熱線遮蔽性積層体は、タングステン酸化物及び/又は複合タングステン酸化物を含む熱線遮蔽層と、少なくとも1層の接着樹脂層とを有する。これらの層の積層順序は、熱線遮蔽性積層体の用途に応じて決定すればよい。
本発明の熱線遮蔽性積層体は、高い熱線遮蔽性を有するとともに、変色による劣化が高く抑制され、優れた透明性を長期に亘り維持することができることから、合わせガラス用中間膜として用いるのが好ましい。前記熱線遮蔽性積層体により、熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスを提供することができる。
また、本発明の熱線遮蔽性積層体を1枚の透明基材上に積層することにより、熱線遮蔽性ガラスとして用いることもできる。熱線遮蔽性ガラスは、1枚の透明基材上に、熱線遮蔽層及び接着樹脂層を有する熱線遮蔽性積層体を積層することにより得られる。これらの層の積層順序は、熱線遮蔽性ガラスの用途に応じて決定すればよい。また、熱線遮蔽性ガラスの用途に応じて、各層の間に他の機能を持った層がさらに配置されてもよい。
1.熱線遮蔽層の作製
下記成分を含む組成物をポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(厚さ100μm)上に、アプリケータを用いて塗布し、乾燥させ、高圧水銀灯により500mJ/cm2の積算光量で紫外線を照射することにより、PETフィルム上に熱線遮蔽層(厚さ8μm)を作製した。
ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート:100質量部、
光重合開始剤(イルガキュア184 チバ・スペシャリティケミカルズ社製):4質量部、
Cs0.33WO3(平均粒径80nm):30質量部、
メチルイソブチルケトン:100質量部。
下記の配合を原料としてカレンダ成形法によりシート状の接着樹脂層(厚さ0.4mm)を得た。なお、配合物の混練は80℃で15分行い、またカレンダロールの温度は80℃、加工速度は5m/分であった。
EVA(EVA100質量部に対する酢酸ビニルの含有量25質量部、東ソー株式会社製 ウルトラセン635):100質量部、
架橋剤(tert−ブチルパ−オキシ2−エチルヘキシルカーボネート;化薬アクゾ株式会社製 トリゴノックス117):2.5質量部、
架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート;日本化成株式会社 TAIC(登録商標)):2質量部、
シランカップリング剤(γ−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン;信越化学株式会社製、KBM503):0.5質量部、
紫外線吸収剤(1)(2,2’−ジヒドロキシ−4,4’−ジメトキシベンゾフェノン;ユビナール3049、BASF社製):0.15質量部、
光安定剤(1)(ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)セバケート;Tinuvin(登録商標)770、チバ・ジャパン株式会社製):0.2質量部。
PETフィルム上に形成された熱線遮蔽層を上記で作製した2層の接着樹脂層により挟持して熱線遮蔽性積層体を得、これらをさらに2枚のガラス基材(厚さ3mm)により挟持した。得られた積層体を、100℃で30分間加熱することにより仮圧着を行った後、オートクレーブ中で圧力13×105Pa、温度140℃の条件で30分間加熱した。これにより、接着樹脂層を硬化させて、透明基材と各層間が接着一体化された熱線遮蔽性合わせガラス(図3)を得た。
実施例2〜3、及び5〜8では、接着樹脂層における紫外線吸収剤(1)及び光安定剤(1)の配合量を表1に示す通りに変更した以外は実施例1と同様にして、熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスを作製した。
比較例1〜4では、接着樹脂層における紫外線吸収剤(1)の配合量を表1に示す通りに変更し、光安定剤を配合しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして、熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスを作製した。
比較例5は、表1に示す通り光安定剤を配合し、紫外線吸収剤(1)を配合しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして、熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスを作製した。
比較例6は、紫外線吸収剤(1)、光安定剤のどちらも配合しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして、熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスを作製した。
1.接着樹脂層の光線透過率
接着樹脂層の光線透過率を、分光光度計(株式会社島津製作所社製 UV−4000型)により、スキャン速度を低速、サンプリングピッチを1nm、波長300〜700nm領域で連続的に光線透過率を測定し、380nm波長での光線透過率を検出した。結果を表1に示す。
各熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスの色調を蛍光灯下で目視により評価した。結果を表1に示す。なお、各表において、合わせガラスの色調が無色透明であったものを「○」とし、黄色又は青色などであり無色透明ではなかったものを「×」とした。
各熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスに、促進耐候性試験機(キセノンウェザーメーターX75、スガ試験機(株)製)を用いて、温度63℃の雰囲気下、波長300〜400nmの紫外線を60W/m2の強度で5000時間照射した。また、紫外線の照射は、熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスの熱線遮蔽層が形成されている面側(図3におけガラス基材340A上)から行った。その後、熱線遮蔽性合わせガラスの視感透過率を上記と同様にして測定した。結果を表1に示す。なお、各表において、合わせガラスの色調に変化が無く無色透明であったものを「○」とし、黄色又は青色などに色調が変化し、無色透明ではなかったものを「×」とした。

Claims (13)
- タングステン酸化物及び/又は複合タングステン酸化物を含む熱線遮蔽層と、少なくとも1層の接着樹脂層とを有する熱線遮蔽性積層体であって、
前記接着樹脂層が、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤及び接着樹脂を含み、且つ
前記接着樹脂層の波長380nmの光線透過率が10%以下であることを特徴とする熱線遮蔽性積層体。 - 前記接着樹脂層における光安定剤の含有量が、前記接着樹脂100質量部に対して、0.05〜1.0質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 前記光安定剤が、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 前記接着樹脂層における紫外線吸収剤の含有量が、前記接着樹脂100質量部に対して0.01〜2.0質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 前記光安定剤に対する紫外線吸収剤の質量比が、1:1〜1:15であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 前記紫外線吸収剤が、ベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 前記接着樹脂層のバインダ樹脂が、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 前記タングステン酸化物が、一般式WyOz(但し、Wはタングステン、Oは酸素を表し、そして2.2≦z/y≦2.999である)で表され、そして
前記複合タングステン酸化物が、一般式MxWyOz(但し、Mは、H、He、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類元素、Mg、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Sb、B、F、P、S、Se、Br、Te、Ti、Nb、V、Mo、Ta、Re、Be、Hf、Os、Bi、Iうちから選択される1種類以上の元素、Wはタングステン、Oは酸素を表し、そして0.001≦x/y≦1、2.2≦z/y≦3である)で表される請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。 - 前記熱線遮蔽層が、フッ素樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、オレフィン樹脂、及びアクリル樹脂よりなる群から選択される少なくとも一種のバインダ樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 2層の前記接着樹脂層の間に、前記熱線遮蔽層が挟持されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 2層の前記接着樹脂層の間に、プラスチックフィルム上に形成された前記熱線遮蔽層が挟持されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 熱線遮蔽性合わせガラス用中間膜であることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の熱線遮蔽性積層体が、2枚の透明基材の間に挟持され、これらが接着一体化されてなることを特徴とする熱線遮蔽性合わせガラス。
