Claims (18)

  1. (i) 금속판체의 각 주요면에 연화점(Ts∼A1)이 200°C 미만이고 융점(Tm-A1)은 150°C 를 초과하고 250°C 미만인 실제로 비결정성인 선형 폴리에스테르 내부층(A1)과 융점(Tm-A2)이 250°C 를 초과하며 결정성이 30%보다 큰 쌍축 배향 선형 폴리에스테르의 외부층(A2)를 포함하는 복합 폴리에스테르 막(A)를 동시 적층시키는 단계로, 이때 금속판체는 내부층(A1)을 연화, 바람직하게는 용융시켜 금속판체에 접착시키기 위해 내부층(Al)과 폴리에스테르의 연화점(Ts-A1)보다 높은, 바람직하게는 융점(Tm-A1)보다 높은 온도 T1으로, 그러나 외부층(A2)의 외부면 이 온도 T1에서 금속 스트립과 접촉할 때 응융될 온도(Tm∼A2) 미만으로 가열시키고, (ii) 이와같이 얻은 적층물을 중합체 막(A1)이 금속판체와 상호작용하여 금속판체의 상응하는 표면에 결합하기에 충분한 온도T3로, 그러나 외부층(A2)의 외부 표면은 온도(Tm-A2) 미만으로 남아있도록 재가열시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로하는 동시적층에 의한 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도 T1이 120-260°C , 바람직하게는 200-250°C 범위인 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 적층물을 유도가열 수단에 의해 재가열시키는 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  4. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도 T2가 250-270°C 범위인 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어시, 적층물은 250-270°C 의 온도범위로 가열한 다음 급랭시키기 전에 적어도 1초 동안 200°C 가 넘는 온도에서 유지시키는 것이 특징인 중합체/금속 중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 적층물은 250°C의 온도로 가열시킨다음 급랭시키기 전에 2초동안 240°C 가 넘는 온도로 유지시키는 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  7. 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 적층물을 신속하고 균질하게, 바람직하게는 물탱크에 침지시키거나 또는 물로 라인.급랭시킴으로써 급랭시키는 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  8. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부층(Al)의 폴리에스테르가 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트와의 공중합체이거나, 테레프탈산과 2가지 알코올, 전형적으로 에틸렌 글리콜과, 시클로헥산-디메탄올로부터 형성된 공중합체인 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 대 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트의 몰비율이 80 : 20인 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  10. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부층(A2)가 쌍축 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 외부층(A2)의 폴리에스테르 막이 40-50%의 결정성을 갖는 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  12. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속판체가 금속크롬과 산화크롬의 이중층으로 전기분해적으로 크롬코팅된 강철인 것이 특징인 중합체/금속/중합체 적층물의 제조방법.
  13. 연화점이 200°C 미만이고 융점은 150°C 초과 250°C 미만이며 실제로 비결정성 선형 폴리에스테르인 내부층(A)과 융점이 250°C 를 초과하는 쌍축 배향된 선형 폴리에스테르 외부층(A2)를 포함하는 복합 폴리에스테르 막(A)가 금속판체의 각 주요면에 동시 열적층에 의해 부착되어 있는 것이 특징인 그의 각 주요면에 중합체 막이 부착되어 있는 적층 금속판체.

  17. 제13항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속판제가 금속크롬과 산화크롬의 이중층으로 전기분해적으로 크롬코팅된 강철인 것이 특징인 적층 금속판체.
  18. 제13항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 적층된 금속판체로 부터 성형된 용기 또는 용기의 구성성분.
