La présente invention relève du domaine de l'industrie alimentaire et concerne en particulier des récipients de conservation de boissons enrichies en oxyde azoteux, lequel oxyde azoteux gazeux est dilué dans un liquide et mis sous pression au-dessus de sa surface dans un récipient hermétiquement fermé. Le moyen de transport et de conservation d'une boisson enrichie en oxyde azoteux de cette invention comprend un récipient composé de matière plastique alimentaire ou de métal ou de verre et contenant un liquide enrichi en oxyde azoteux au-dessus duquel se trouve un gaz d'oxyde azoteux, ainsi qu'un couvercle pouvant être hermétiquement fermé pourvu, du côté intérieur, d'une pellicule d'étanchéité ou d'une couche de revêtement composée d'un matériau neutre vis à vis de l'oxyde azoteux, l'oxyde azoteux présentant une teneur n'excédant pas 40 grammes par litre de liquide et étant introduit dans celui-ci à une pression comprise entre 5,5 et 18 atm et à une température comprise entre 11,5 et 25 °C. Cette invention permet de conserver à long terme différents milieux dans le même récipient, autrement dit le liquide enrichi en oxyde azoteux et un gaz sous la forme d'un oxyde azoteux sans que leurs propriétés soient affectées, de sélectionner des conditions et modes optimaux de ces milieux, d'exclure la destruction d'un récipient de conservation de milieux sous pression en sélectionnant de manière optimale le matériau utilisé pour la fabrication du récipient et d'améliorer les conditions d'utilisation lorsque le récipient est appliqué individuellement dans un système d'alimentation collective.
