Water (14) is poured into the expansion element (5) and the air (15) in the bottle (2) is expelled through the air passages (7) between the tube (6) and the inner surface of the bottle neck. The cork is inserted when the expansion element has expelled all of the air from the bottle; in other words, when the outer surface of the expansion element (5) is pressed against the inner surface of the bottle.

Abstract

Dispositif à introduire dans le goulot d'un récipient afin de permettre l'élimination de l'air et de l'oxygène présents à l'intérieur du récipient, et l'augmentation de la contre-pression potentielle dans celui-ci. A cet effet, on a prévu un élement dilatable monté dans le goulot supérieur ou inférieur du récipient et conçu pour être rempli d'eau ou d'air de telle sorte que le contenu du récipient ne puisse s'y mélanger. Dans ce but, le goulot traditionnel du récipient, ou, à titre d'alternative, un goulot de conception particulière monté, par exemple, au fond d'une bouteille, est équipé d'un tube dont la face externe est pourvue de passages à air verticaux partant du bord supérieur du tube et débouchant de préférance au niveau de la zone où le goulot du récipient commence à s'élargir. Un élément dilatable est fixé à l'extrémité inférieure du tube. Lorsque l'élément dilatable est rempli d'eau ou d'air, l'air présent à l'intérieur du récipient mais à l'extérieur de l'élément est expulsé par les passages prévus dans le tube, ce qui restitue une partie importante de la contre-pression qui régnait dans le récipient avant la distribution, à la suite de quoi on peut refermer le récipient. Ce dispositif trouve application principalement dans les récipients et les bouteilles rempli(e)s de vins ou de boissons gazéifiées, ou bien dans les boîtes ou les récipients rempli(e)s de produits chimiques, par exemple de peinture, dont la totalité n'est pas toujours utilisée en une seule fois.
