Claims (25)
- 주요표면의 어느 한곳에 다음 순서의 다수층으로 이루어진 막(B)을 함유한 복합-동시 폴리올레핀을 접착시킨 적층 금속판체. (B1) 카르복실기 또는 무수물을 함유한 산변형 폴리올레핀 수지인 접합수지의 내부층, (B2) 그층의 두께가 9μ보다 크지 않은 폴리아미드층, (B3) 층(B1)에 대하여 정의된 것과 같은 접합수지의 또다른 층, 그리고 (B4) 폴리올레핀층.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드층(B2)이 나일론 6, 나일론 66, 나일론 11 또는 나일론 12인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드층(B2)의 두께가 3-5μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀층(B4)이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 또는 폴리메틸펜텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층(B2) 및/또는 (B4)가 착색, 바람직하게는 이산화티타늄으로써 착색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층(B1) 및/또는 (B3)의 접합 수지가 무수말레산 변형 프로필렌, 무수말레산 변형 에틸렌-플로필렌 공중합체, 무수말레산 변형 폴리에틸렌, 또는 무수말레산 변형 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기의 중합체의 무수말레산 함유량이 0.05-0.5%, 바람직하게는 0.1-0.25%인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합수지의 층(B1) 및/또는 (B3)가 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-메타아크릴산 공중합체로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 산 5-15중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 층(B1) 및 (B3)가 동일한 조성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다른층이 상기의 금속판체의 다른 주요표면에 접착된 열가소성 중합체의 막(A)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 막(A)이 150°C이하의 연화점 및 150°C이상 그러나 240°C이하의 융점을 가진 실질적으로 비-결정질인 선형 폴리에스테르의 내부층(A1)과 220°C이상의 융점을 가진 선형 폴리에스테르의 외부층(A2)으로 이루어진 복합 폴리에스테르 막인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 내부층(A1)의 폴리에스테르가 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트의 공중합체, 또는 테레프탈산 및 두가지 종류의 알코올, 전형적으로는 에틸렌 글리콜 및 시클로헥산-디메탄올로부터 형성된 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트에 대한 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 몰비가 80 : 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제11항, 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 외층(A2)이 쌍축 배향 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제11항 내지 제14항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외층(A2)이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 바람직하게는 쌍축 배향 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 외층(A2)의 폴리에스테르가 30%이상, 바람직하게는 40-50%의 결정도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 전향중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속판체가 크롬금속 및 산화 크롬의 이중층으로써 전기분해적 크롬 코팅강철인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 금속판체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항의 적층으로부터 형성된 용기 또는 용기용 부품.
- 다음 순서의 다수층으로 이루어진 복합 동시 압출 폴리올레핀 함유막(B)을 어느 한곳의 주요표면에 접착시키고, 열가소성 중합체의 막(A)를 다른 주요표면에 접착시킨 금속판체 또는 스트립으로 구성된 중합체/금속/중합체의 적층을 동시 적층화에 의하여 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기의 막(A)을 상기의 금속판체의 어느 한곳의 주요표면에 적층시키는 반면 동시에 상기의 막(B)을 그 금속판체의 다른 주요표면에 적층시키고, 상기의 금속판체를 중합체 막의 연질화 및 그금속판체와의 치밀한 접촉을 얻기에 충분한 온도 T1그러나 상기의 막의 외부표면의 적층화동안 손상을 입는 온도이하까지 가열시킨 다음, 이와같이 얻어진 적층을 각각의 중합체막(A) 및 (B)가 금속판체의 각각의 표면과 상호 작용하여 접합되기에 충분한 온도 T2까지 재가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체/금속/중합체 적층의 제조방법. 상기의 순서에 있어서, (B1) 카르복실기 또는 무수물을 함유한 산변형 폴리올레핀 수지인 저합수지의 내부층, (B2) 폴리아미드층으로서 그층의 두께가 9μ보다 크지 않음, (B3) 층(B1)과 정의된 것과 같은 접합 수지의 다른 층, (B4)는 폴리올렌핀 층임.
- 제19항에 있어서, 온도 T1이 120-220°C인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체/금속/중합체 적층의 제조방법.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 상기의 적층을 유도가열장치에 의하여 재가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체/금속/중합체 적층의 제조방법.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 상기의 적층을 적외선 가열장치에 의하여 재가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체/금속/중합체 적층의 제조방법.
- 제19항 내지 제22항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도 T가 200-270°C인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체/금속/중합체 적층의 제조방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기의 적층을 200-270°C의 온도로 가열시키고 그후 냉각전에 적어도 1초간 200°C이상에 방치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체/금속/중합체 적층의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기의 적층을 급속히 그리고 일정하게, 바람직하게는 수조속에 침지시키거나 물로써 라인 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체/금속/중합체 적층의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
