Claims (27)
- 피기록체 상에, 색재를 포함하는 잉크와, 상기 잉크를 점조하는 반응액을 부여함으로써, 수성 액체 성분과 색재를 포함하는 제1 화상을 형성하는 화상 형성 공정과,
액 흡수 부재의 발수성을 갖는 다공질체의 제1 면을 상기 피기록체 상의 상기 제1 화상에 접촉시켜, 상기 제1 화상으로부터 상기 수성 액체 성분의 적어도 일부를 흡수하는 액 흡수 공정
을 갖는 잉크젯 기록 방법이며,
상기 제1 면에, 상기 제1 면에 대한 접촉각이 90° 미만인 습윤액을 부여하여 습윤 처리하는 습윤 처리 공정을 더 갖고,
상기 액 흡수 공정은, 상기 습윤 처리 공정에 의하여 습윤해진 제1 면을 상기 제1 화상에 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 제1 화상에 포함되는 수성 액체 성분의, 상기 다공질체의 제1 면에 대한 접촉각이 90° 미만인 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 습윤액이 물과 계면 활성제를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 계면 활성제가 실리콘계 계면 활성제 또는 불소계 계면 활성제인 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질체의 제1 면과 상기 제1 화상의 접촉 시의 온도를 상기 계면 활성제의 흐림점 미만의 온도로 제어하는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질체의 상기 제1 면에 대한 물의 접촉각이 90° 이상인 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질체가, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 발수성 수지를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피기록체는, 상기 제1 화상과, 상기 제1 화상으로부터 상기 수성 액체 성분의 적어도 일부가 제거된 제2 화상을 일시적으로 유지하는 전사체이고, 최종 화상을 형성하기 위한 기록 매체에 상기 제2 화상을 전사하는 공정을 갖는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피기록체는 최종 화상을 형성하기 위한 기록 매체이고, 상기 기록 매체상에서 상기 제1 화상으로부터 상기 수성 액체 성분의 적어도 일부가 제거된 제2 화상의 형성이 행해지는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 화상 형성 공정은, 상기 피기록체에 상기 반응액을 부여하는 공정과, 상기 피기록체에 잉크를 부여하는 공정을 이 순서대로 갖는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 피기록체 상에, 색재를 포함하는 잉크와, 상기 잉크를 점조하는 반응액을 부여함으로써, 수성 액체 성분과 색재를 포함하는 제1 화상을 형성하는 화상 형성 공정과,
액 흡수 부재의 발수성을 갖는 다공질체의 제1 면을 상기 기록 매체의 상기 제1 화상에 접촉시켜, 상기 제1 화상을 구성하는 잉크를 농축하는 액 흡수 공정
을 갖는 잉크젯 기록 방법이며,
상기 제1 면에, 상기 제1 면에 대한 접촉각이 90° 미만인 습윤액을 부여하여 습윤 처리하는 습윤 처리 공정을 더 갖고,
상기 액 흡수 공정은, 상기 습윤 처리 공정에 의하여 습윤해진 제1 면을 상기 제1 화상에 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록 방법. - 피기록체 상에, 색재를 포함하는 잉크와, 상기 잉크를 점조하는 반응액을 부여함으로써, 수성 액체 성분과 색재를 포함하는 제1 화상을 형성하는 화상 형성 유닛과,
발수성의 제1 면을 갖고, 상기 제1 면을 상기 피기록체 상의 상기 제1 화상에 접촉시킴으로써, 상기 제1 화상으로부터 상기 수성 액체 성분의 적어도 일부를 흡수하는 다공질체를 갖는 액 흡수 부재를 갖는 잉크젯 기록 장치이며,
상기 제1 면에, 상기 제1 면에 대한 접촉각이 90° 미만인 습윤액을 상기 제1 면에 부여하여 습윤 처리하는 습윤 처리부를 더 갖는
것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 잉크가, 상기 반응액에 의하여 응집되는 수지 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서,
상기 색재가 안료를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 습윤 처리부는, 상기 습윤액의 수용부와, 상기 수용부에 수용된 습윤액을 상기 다공질체의 제1 면에 부여하는 습윤액 부여부를 갖는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 화상에 포함되는 수성 액체 성분의, 상기 다공질체의 제1 면에 대한 접촉각이 90° 미만인 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 습윤액이 물과 계면 활성제를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제20항에 있어서,
상기 계면 활성제가 실리콘계 계면 활성제 또는 불소계 계면 활성제인 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서,
상기 다공질체의 제1 면과 상기 제1 화상의 접촉 시의 온도를 상기 계면 활성제의 흐림점 미만의 온도로 제어하는 온도 제어부를 갖는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공질체의 상기 제1 면에 대한 물의 접촉각이 90° 이상인 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제23항에 있어서,
상기 다공질체가, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 발수성 수지를 포함하는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피기록체는, 상기 제1 화상과, 상기 제1 화상으로부터 상기 수성 액체 성분의 적어도 일부가 제거된 제2 화상을 일시적으로 유지하는 전사체이고, 최종 화상을 형성하기 위한 기록 매체에 상기 제2 화상을 전사하는 전사부를 갖는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 제15항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피기록체는 최종 화상을 형성하기 위한 기록 매체이고, 상기 기록 매체상에서 상기 제1 화상으로부터 상기 수성 액체 성분의 적어도 일부가 상기 액 흡수 부재에 의하여 제거된 제2 화상의 형성이 행해지는 잉크젯 기록 장치. - 피기록체 상에, 색재를 포함하는 잉크와, 상기 잉크를 점조하는 반응액을 부여함으로써, 수성 액체 성분과 색재를 포함하는 제1 화상을 형성하는 화상 형성 유닛과,
발수성의 제1 면을 갖고, 상기 제1 면을 상기 피기록체 상의 상기 제1 화상에 접촉시킴으로써, 상기 제1 화상을 구성하는 잉크를 농축하는 다공질체를 갖는 액 흡수 부재를 갖는 잉크젯 기록 장치이며,
상기 제1 면에, 상기 제1 면에 대한 접촉각이 90° 미만인 습윤액을 상기 제1 면에 부여하여 습윤 처리하는 습윤 처리부를 더 갖는
