Claims (25)
- 다음 단계를 포함하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법:
산성 원유의 석유저류층 공급물(petroleum reservoir supply)을 획득하는 단계, 여기서 상기 석유저류층은 현지 생산 시설(on-site production facility)을 가짐;
상기 산성 원유를 물과 약 10:1 내지 약 1:50의 중량 비율로 혼합하여 원유/물 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 이러한 혼합은 현지 생산 시설에서 일어날 수 있음;
상기 원유/물 혼합물을 약 10℃ 내지 약 150℃ 범위의 원유/물 온도로 가열하여 펌핑 가능한 원유/물 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 펌핑 가능한 원유/물 혼합물을 적어도 약 22.1 MPa의 압력으로 펌핑하여 가압된 원유/물 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 가압된 원유/물 혼합물을 약 150℃ 내지 약 350℃ 범위의 가압 온도까지 예열하는 단계;
상기 가압된 원유/물 혼합물을 반응 영역에서 금속 산화물 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계, 여기서 상기 반응 영역은 내부(interior portion)를 가지는 주 반응기(main reactor)를 포함함;
산성 원유의 TAN과 비교하여 현저하게 감소된 TAN을 가지는 처리된 원유를 생산할 수 있는 반응 시간 동안, 압력을 적어도 약 22.1 MPa 이상의 압력으로 유지시키면서, 상기 가압된 원유/물 혼합물을 약 374℃ 내지 약 600℃의 온도 범위로 가열하는 단계;
압력 조절 장치를 사용하여 상기 처리된 원유의 압력을 감소시켜 압력-감소된 처리 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;
상기 압력-감소된 처리 혼합물을 기체 부분과 액체 부분으로 분리하는 단계;
상기 액체 부분을 회수되는 물과 저산도 오일로 분리하는 단계;
상기 저산도 오일을 수집하는 단계, 여기서 상기 저산도 오일은 산성 원유와 비교하여 감소된 양의 아스팔텐, 황, 질소 또는 금속 함유 물질을 가지는 개량된 원유임. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 원유는 적어도 약 0.3의 TAN을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주 반응기는 일반적으로 수직으로 배치되어, 상기 가압된 원유/물 혼합물이 수직으로 배치된 반응기를 통하여 아래쪽으로 흐르고, 상기 가압된 원유 물 혼합물이 반응 영역을 통하여 아래쪽으로 흐름을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 부분을 회수되는 물과 저산도 오일로 분리하는 단계는, 상기 저산도 오일이 일반적으로 물로부터 분리되도록, 상기 압력-감소된 처리 혼합물을 오일-물 분리 시설에 공급하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 원유를 물과 혼합하는 단계는 약 10:1 내지 약 1:10의 중량 비율로 수행되어 원유/물 혼합물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절 장치는 적어도 하나의 압력 조절 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 수소의 외부 공급 없이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 촉매는 ZrO2를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성 원유의 석유저류층 공급물은 초기 밀도와 점도를 가지며 초기 농도의 황 및 중금속을 함유하고;
저산도 오일은 산성 원유의 밀도와 점도보다 낮은 밀도와 점도를 가지고;
저산도 오일 중의 황과 중금속의 농도는 산성 원유 중의 황과 중금속의 농도보다 낮음을 특징으로 하는 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 다음 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법:
회수되는 물의 적어도 일부를 물과 조합하여 회수되는 물을 재순환시켜 원유/물 혼합물을 형성하는 단계. - 제10항에 있어서, 다음 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법:
상기 회수되는 물을 펌핑하고 초임계 조건 이상으로 가열하는 단계;
상기 회수되는 물에 산소를 첨가하는 단계;
정제된 회수되는 물 스트림이 회수되는 물보다 실질적으로 더 적은 탄화수소 함량을 포함하도록, 상기 회수되는 물을 산화 반응기에서 초임계 조건 이상에서 산소로 처리하여 정제된 회수되는 물 스트림을 형성하는 단계. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 회수되는 물을 산화 반응기에서 산소로 처리하는 단계가 산화 반응으로부터 방출되는 열에너지를 발생시키고;
산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법의 상류에서 산화 반응으로부터 방출되는 열에너지의 적어도 일부를 열교환기를 통하여 수송하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는,
산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 산소는 공기, 액화산소, 과산화수소, 유기 과산화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어긴 산소원의 군에서 선택된 산소원에 의하여 공급됨을 특징으로 하는, 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법:
산성 원유를 물의 임계 압력 이상의 압력으로 펌핑하여 가압된 산성 원유를 생성하는 단계, 상기 가압된 산성 원유는 150℃를 초과하지 않는 온도에서 유지됨;
물 공급물을 획득하고, 상기 물을 물의 임계 압력 이상의 압력으로 펌핑하고, 상기 물을 물의 임계 온도 이상의 온도로 가열하여 가압된 물을 형성하는 단계;
현지 생산 시설에서, 상기 가압된 산성 원유를 상기 가압된 물과 혼합하여 가압된 원유/물 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
상기 가압된 원유/물 혼합물을 약 150℃ 내지 약 350℃로 예열하여 예열된 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
산성 원유의 TAN과 비교하여 현저하게 감소된 TAN을 가지는 처리된 원유를 생산할 수 있는 시간 동안, 상기 예열된 혼합물을 반응 영역에서 금속 산화물 촉매와 접촉시키고, 압력을 적어도 약 22.1 MPa 이상의 압력으로 유지시키면서, 상기 예열된 혼합물을 약 374℃ 내지 약 600℃로 가열하는 단계;
압력 조절 장치를 사용하여 상기 처리된 원유의 압력을 감소시켜 압력-감소된 처리 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;
상기 압력-감소된 처리 혼합물을 기체 부분과 액체 부분으로 분리하는 단계;
상기 액체 부분을 회수되는 물과 저산도 오일로 분리하는 단계; 및
상기 저산도 오일을 수집하는 단계, 여기서 상기 저산도 오일은 산성 원유와 비교하여 감소된 양의 아스팔텐, 황, 질소 또는 금속 함유 물질을 가지는 개량된 원유임. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 산성 원유오와 상기 물이 약 10:1 내지 약 1:10의 중량 비율로 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 반응 영역은 주 반응기를 포함하고, 상기 주 반응기는 일반적으로 수직으로 배치되어, 상기 가압된 원유/물 혼합물이 수직으로 배치된 반응기를 통하여 아래쪽으로 흐르고, 상기 가압된 원유 물 혼합물이 반응 영역을 통하여 아래쪽으로 흐름을 특징으로 하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 액체 부분을 회수되는 물과 저산도 오일로 분리하는 상기 단계는, 상기 저산도 오일이 일반적으로 물로부터 분리되도록, 상기 압력-감소된 처리 혼합물을 오일-물 분리 시설에 공급하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 산성 원유를 물과 혼합하는 단계는 약 10:1 내지 약 1:10의 중량 비율로 수행되어 원유/물 혼합물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 압력 조절 장치는 적어도 하나의 압력 조절 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 수소의 외부 공급 없이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 촉매는 ZrO2를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.

현지 생산 시설에서 산성 원유의 산도를 감소시키기 위한 방법.
