Claims (6)
- 복수 개의 코어 편을 적층해서 형성하고 영구 자석을 삽입하기 위한 복수 개의 자석 삽입 구멍이 중앙의 축 구멍의 주위에 형성된 회전자 적층 코어(laminated rotor core)를, 예열(preheating) 장치에 투입해서 상기 회전자 적층 코어를 예열하는 제1 공정;예열이 완료된 상기 회전자 적층 코어를 상기 예열 장치로부터 인출하고, 상기 영구 자석이 삽입되어 있는 상기 회전자 적층 코어를, 수지 밀봉 장치(resin sealing apparatus)의 상부 다이(upper die)와 하부 다이(lower die) 사이에 배치하는 제2 공정;상기 상부 다이와 상기 하부 다이에 의해 상기 회전자 적층 코어를 가압하고, 상기 상부 다이 및 상기 하부 다이 중 하나에 상기 회전자 적층 코어에 접하는 면까지 연장되어 형성된 복수 개의 수지 저장 포트(resin reservoir pot) 내의 수지 재료(resin material)를 가열하여 액상화(liquefy)하는 제3 공정; 및상기 수지 저장 포트에 각각 삽입되어 위아래 방향으로 이동하는 플런저에 의해, 액상화된 상기 수지 재료를 상기 수지 저장 포트로부터 배출해서, 대응하는 하나 이상의 상기 자석 삽입 구멍에 상기 수지 재료를 충전하며, 상기 수지 재료를 경화시키는 제4 공정을 포함하는, 회전자 적층 코어에 영구 자석을 수지 밀봉하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지 저장 포트는, 상기 자석 삽입 구멍에 대하여 반경 방향의 내측의 영역 또는 반경 방향의 외측의 영역에 형성됨으로써, 상기 수지 재료가 상기 수지 저장 포트로부터 상기 수지 밀봉 장치 및 상기 회전자 적층 코어 중의 하나에 형성된 수지 유로(resin passages)를 통하여 상기 자석 삽입 구멍에 충전되는, 회전자 적층 코어에 영구 자석을 수지 밀봉하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 수지 저장 포트는 상기 상부 다이 및 상기 하부 다이 중의 하나를 관통하여 형성되어 있는, 회전자 적층 코어에 영구 자석을 수지 밀봉하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 공정에서의 상기 회전자 적층 코어의 예열은, 상기 자석 삽입 구멍 내에 상기 영구 자석이 삽입되어 있는 상태에서 행하는, 회전자 적층 코어에 영구 자석을 수지 밀봉하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 공정에서의 상기 회전자 적층 코어의 예열은, 상기 자석 삽입 구멍 내에 상기 영구 자석이 삽입되어 있지 않은 상태에서 행하고, 상기 회전자 적층 코어의 예열을 완료한 후에, 상기 자석 삽입 구멍 내에 상기 영구 자석을 삽입하는, 회전자 적층 코어에 영구 자석을 수지 밀봉하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1 공정에서의 상기 회전자 적층 코어의 예열은, 전열 히터(electric heater)에 의한 가열, 유도 가열(induction heating), 및 열풍(hot air)에 의한 가열 중 어느 하나 이상에 의해 행하는, 회전자 적층 코어에 영구 자석을 수지 밀봉하는 방법.
