Description
まず、図1及び図2を参照して、モータコア1(積層鉄心)の構成について説明する。モータコア1は、モータ(電動機)のロータ(回転子)用のコアである。ロータは、モータコア1に端面板及びシャフト(共に不図示)が取り付けられて構成される。図1に示されるように、モータコア1は、積層体10と、複数の永久磁石12と、複数の樹脂材14と、カシメ部16と、IDコード18(情報保持部)とを備えている。
次に、図3を参照して、積層鉄心の製造装置について説明する。図3に示される製造装置20は、上述したモータコア1を製造する装置である。製造装置20は、複数種類のモータコア1を製造する。モータコア1としては、例えば、駆動用のモータコア、及び発電用のモータコア等が挙げられる。製造装置20は、プレス装置21と、搬送装置22と、レーザ装置23(マーキング装置)と、磁石挿入装置24と、読取装置25A,25B,25Cと、予熱装置26と、モールド装置27と、センサ28,29と、コントローラ100(制御部)とを備えている。
次に、図9〜図11を参照して、積層鉄心の製造方法の一例として、コントローラ100の制御に応じて製造装置20が実行する各処理手順を説明する。
図9に示されるように、コントローラ100は、ステップS01,S02を順に実行する。ステップS01では、積層制御部41が、電磁鋼板Wから打抜部材3を打ち抜いて積層することを繰り返して積層体10を形成するようにプレス装置21を制御する。ステップS02では、情報付与制御部42が、積層体10にIDコード18を付与するようにレーザ装置23を制御する。
次工程では、図10に示されるように、コントローラ100は、まず、ステップS11を実行する。ステップS11では、読取制御部51Bが、積層体10に付与されたIDコード18から、当該IDコード18に保持された情報を読み取るように、読取装置25Bを制御する。
以上、説明したように、本実施形態に係る製造方法は、打抜部材3の積層体であって、樹脂材14を充填するための磁石挿入孔10bが形成された積層体10に、積層体10の種類に応じた情報を保持するIDコード18を付与することと、積層体10に付与されたIDコード18から情報を読み取ることと、IDコード18から読み取った情報に基づいて、磁石挿入孔10bに注入すべき樹脂材14の種類、当該樹脂材14の注入量、及び当該樹脂材14の吐出位置の少なくとも一つを含むモールド条件を設定することと、モールド条件に従って磁石挿入孔10bに樹脂材14を注入するようにモールド装置27を制御することと、を含む。
Claims (8)
- 電磁鋼板の積層体であって、樹脂材を充填するための樹脂充填孔が形成された積層体に、前記積層体の種類に応じた情報を保持する情報保持部を付与することと、
前記積層体に付与された前記情報保持部から前記情報を読み取ることと、
前記情報保持部から読み取った前記情報に基づいて、前記樹脂充填孔に注入すべき前記樹脂材の種類、当該樹脂材の注入量、及び当該樹脂材の吐出位置の少なくとも一つを含むモールド条件を設定することと、
前記モールド条件に従って前記樹脂充填孔に前記樹脂材を注入するようにモールド装置を制御することと、を含み、
前記情報保持部から読み取った前記情報に基づいて、前記モールド条件を設定することは、
前記積層体における前記樹脂充填孔の高さを特定し、前記樹脂充填孔の高さに応じて前記樹脂材の注入量を設定することを含む積層鉄心の製造方法。 - 電磁鋼板の積層体であって、樹脂材を充填するための樹脂充填孔が形成された積層体に、前記積層体の種類に応じた情報を保持する情報保持部を付与することと、
前記積層体に付与された前記情報保持部から前記情報を読み取ることと、
前記情報保持部から読み取った前記情報に基づいて、前記樹脂充填孔に注入すべき前記樹脂材の種類、当該樹脂材の注入量、及び当該樹脂材の吐出位置の少なくとも一つを含むモールド条件を設定することと、
前記モールド条件に従って前記樹脂充填孔に前記樹脂材を注入するようにモールド装置を制御することと、
前記樹脂充填孔に前記樹脂材を注入するようにモールド装置を制御する前に、前記積層体を予熱装置に搬入することと、
予熱された前記積層体を前記予熱装置から前記モールド装置に搬送することと、を含み、
前記予熱装置に前記積層体を搬入する前に、当該積層体に付与された前記情報保持部から前記情報を読み取り、
前記予熱装置による当該積層体の予熱の進捗に応じて、当該積層体用の前記モールド条件を設定し、
当該積層体が前記モールド装置に到達するタイミングに合わせて、当該積層体用の前記モールド条件に応じて前記樹脂材を準備するように前記モールド装置を制御する、積層鉄心の製造方法。 - 前記予熱装置による前記積層体の予熱が完了する前に、当該積層体用の前記モールド条件を設定し、当該積層体用の前記モールド条件に応じた前記樹脂材の準備を開始するように前記モールド装置を制御する、請求項2に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記予熱装置による予熱が完了した前記積層体の温度に基づいて、前記モールド装置への搬送可否を判定することを更に含み、
前記予熱装置による予熱が完了した前記積層体について、前記モールド装置への搬送不可と判定された場合に、当該積層体と同種の他の前記積層体について、前記モールド装置への搬送可と判定されるまでは、予熱が完了した前記積層体を前記モールド装置への搬送対象から除外する、請求項2又は3に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。 - 複数種類の前記積層体を同一の順序で周期的に前記予熱装置に搬入する、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記情報保持部から読み取った前記情報に基づいて、前記モールド条件を設定することは、
前記積層体における前記樹脂充填孔の高さを特定し、前記樹脂充填孔の高さに応じて前記樹脂材の注入量を設定することを含む請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。 - 前記情報保持部から読み取った前記情報に基づいて、前記モールド条件を設定することは、
前記積層体における前記樹脂充填孔の位置を特定し、前記樹脂充填孔の位置に応じて前記樹脂材の吐出位置を設定することを含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 電磁鋼板の積層体であって、樹脂材を充填するための樹脂充填孔が形成された積層体に、前記積層体の種類に応じた情報を保持する情報保持部を付与することと、
前記積層体に付与された前記情報保持部から前記情報を読み取ることと、
前記情報保持部から読み取った前記情報に基づいて、前記樹脂充填孔に注入すべき前記樹脂材の種類、当該樹脂材の注入量、及び当該樹脂材の吐出位置の少なくとも一つを含むモールド条件を設定することと、
前記モールド条件に従って前記樹脂充填孔に前記樹脂材を注入するようにモールド装置を制御することと、を含み、
前記情報保持部から読み取った前記情報に基づいて、前記モールド条件を設定することは、
前記積層体における前記樹脂充填孔の位置を特定し、前記樹脂充填孔の位置に応じて前記樹脂材の吐出位置を設定することを含む積層鉄心の製造方法。
