Description
まず、図1及び図2を参照して、回転子積層鉄心1の構成について説明する。回転子積層鉄心1は、回転子の一部である。回転子が固定子(ステータ)と組み合わせられることにより、電動機(モータ)が構成される。回転子積層鉄心1は、図1に示されるように、積層体10と、複数の永久磁石12と、複数の樹脂材料14とを備える。
次に、図3を参照して、回転子積層鉄心1(積層鉄心)の製造装置100について説明する。製造装置100は、帯状の金属板である電磁鋼板から回転子積層鉄心1を製造するための装置である。具体的には、製造装置100は、電磁鋼板を所定形状に打ち抜くことにより複数の打抜部材30を形成する処理(打ち抜き処理)、複数の打抜部材30をカシメ部16によって締結しながら積層することによりブロック体Bを形成する処理(ブロック体形成処理)、複数のブロック体Bを積層することにより積層体10を形成する処理(積層体形成処理)、該積層体10の磁石挿入孔10bに永久磁石12を挿入する処理(磁石挿入処理)、及び磁石挿入孔10bへ樹脂材料14を充填する処理(樹脂充填処理)を行う。本実施形態では、上述した各処理のうち樹脂充填処理に係る製造装置100の構成を主に説明する。
次に、図4を参照して、回転子積層鉄心1の製造方法について説明する。製造装置100の説明と同様に、回転子積層鉄心1の製造工程のうち樹脂充填処理に係る工程を中心に説明する。
積層体の磁石挿入孔への樹脂材の充填は、樹脂材の充填に適した温度環境下で行われることが好ましい。このため、積層体の温度を所望の温度にすべく、モールド装置による樹脂材の充填に先立ち、予熱装置によって積層体の予熱が行われる場合がある。しかしながら、積層体の予熱を行った場合であっても、種々の要因により、予熱後における積層体の温度が樹脂材の充填に適した温度となっていないことがある。
以上、本開示に係る実施形態について詳細に説明したが、本発明の要旨の範囲内で種々の変形を上記の実施形態に加えてもよい。
Claims (3)
- 複数の鉄心片が積層されて構成されると共に樹脂充填孔が形成された積層体を予熱する第1の工程と、
前記第1の工程における予熱後の前記積層体の温度を温度センサで測定する第2の工程と、
前記第2の工程において測定された前記温度が所定の範囲内であるか否かを判定する第3の工程と、
前記第3の工程において前記温度が所定の範囲内であると判定された場合に、前記積層体をモールド装置に投入する第4の工程と、
前記モールド装置において前記樹脂充填孔に樹脂材を充填する第5の工程と、を含み、
前記第2の工程では、前記温度センサと共に前記積層体を前記モールド装置に向かって搬送しながら前記積層体の温度を測定する、積層鉄心の製造方法。 - 前記第2の工程では、前記積層体の複数箇所の温度を測定し、
前記第3の工程では、前記第2の工程において測定された前記複数箇所の温度の相違が所定値より小さいか否かを判定し、
前記第4の工程では、前記第3の工程において前記複数箇所の温度の相違が所定値より小さいと判定された場合に、前記積層体をモールド装置に投入する、請求項1記載の製造方法。 - 複数の鉄心片が積層されて構成されると共に樹脂充填孔が形成された積層体を予熱する予熱装置と、
前記積層体の温度を測定する温度センサと、
前記樹脂充填孔に樹脂材を充填するモールド装置と、
前記予熱装置から排出された前記積層体を前記モールド装置まで搬送する搬送装置と、
制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記予熱装置を制御して、前記積層体を予熱させる第1の処理と、
前記温度センサを制御して、前記第1の処理後の前記積層体の温度を測定させる第2の処理と、
前記第2の処理において測定された前記温度が所定の範囲内であるか否かを判定する第3の処理と、
前記第3の処理において前記温度が所定の範囲内である場合に、前記搬送装置を制御して、前記積層体を前記モールド装置まで搬送させる第4の処理と、
前記モールド装置を制御して、前記樹脂充填孔に前記樹脂材を充填させる第5の処理と、を実行し、
前記第2の処理では、前記搬送装置を制御することにより前記温度センサと共に前記積層体を前記モールド装置に向かって搬送しながら、前記温度センサを制御して前記積層体の温度を測定させる積層鉄心の製造装置。
