Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지와 폴리스티렌계 수지를 가지고,폴리프로필렌계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 폴리스티렌계 수지를 30중량부 이상 600중량부 미만 함유하고, 또한, 폴리프로필렌계 수지 중에, 입자 장경이 5㎛ 이하인 폴리스티렌계 수지 입자가 분산된 상태로 존재하고 있는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자.
- 제 1항에 기재된 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자에 발포제가 함침되어 이루어지는 발포성 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자.
- 제 2항에 기재된 발포성 스티렌계 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자를 예비 발포시켜 이루어지는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자.
- 제 3항에 기재된 스티렌계 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 형내에 충전하고 발포성형시켜 이루어지고, 밀도가 0.01~0.2g/㎤의 범위 내인 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포성형체.
- 제 4항에 있어서, JIS K 6767에 준거한 90℃의 조건하에서의 치수변화 측정에 있어서의 발포성형체의 수축률이 1.0% 이하인 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포성형체.
- 분산제를 포함하는 수성 현탁액 중에, 융점이 120℃~145℃인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자 100중량부와, 스티렌계 단량체 30중량부 이상 600중량부 미만과, 중합개시제를 분산시키는 공정과,얻어진 분산액을 상기 스티렌계 단량체가 실질적으로 중합하지 않는 온도에서 가열하여 상기 스티렌계 단량체를 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자에 함침시키는 공정과,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 융점을 T℃로 했을 때, (T-10)~(T+20)℃의 온도에서, 상기 스티렌계 단량체의 중합을 실시하는 공정을 가지는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 융점이 140℃~145℃인 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 융점이 120℃~140℃일 때, 상기 중합 공정에 있어서, (T)~(T+20)℃의 온도에서, 상기 스티렌계 단량체의 중합을 실시하는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 분산제를 포함하는 수성 현탁액 중에, 융점이 120℃~145℃인 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자 100중량부와, 스티렌계 단량체 20중량부 이상 100중량부 미만과, 중합개시제를 분산시키는 공정과,얻어진 분산액을 상기 스티렌계 단량체가 실질적으로 중합하지 않는 온도에서 가열하여 상기 스티렌계 단량체를 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자에 함침시키는 공정과,상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 융점을 T℃로 했을 때, (T-10)~(T+20)℃의 온도로, 상기 스티렌계 단량체의 제 1의 중합을 실시하는 공정과,상기 제 1의 중합 공정에 이어서, 스티렌계 단량체와, 중합개시제를 가하고, 또한 (T-25)~(T+15)℃의 온도로 하는 것으로, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자에의 상기 스티렌계 단량체의 함침과 제 2의 중합을 실시하는 공정(단, 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자 100중량부에 대하여, 제 1의 중합과 제 2의 중합에서 사용하는 스티렌계 단량체의 합계는 30중량부 이상 600중량부 미만이다)을 가지는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 융점이 140℃~145℃인 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 융점이 120℃~140℃일 때, 상기 제 1의 중합 공정에 있어서, (T)~(T+20)℃의 온도에서, 상기 스티렌계 단량체의 중합을 실시하고, 상기 제 2의 중합 공정에 있어서, (T-10)~(T+15)℃의 온 도에서, 상기 스티렌계 단량체의 중합을 실시하는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자가, 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체인 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 6항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법에 이어서, 얻어진 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자에 발포제를 함침시켜 발포성 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자를 얻는 발포성 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 기재된 발포성 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법에 이어서, 얻어진 발포성 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 입자를 가열하고 예비 발포시켜 발포 입자를 얻는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 기재된 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자의 제조방법에 이어서, 얻어진 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포 입자를 성형형의 캐비티 내에 충전하고, 이어서 형내 발포성형하고, 이어서 성형체를 성형형으로부터 이형하 는 스티렌 개질 폴리프로필렌계 수지 발포성형체의 제조방법.
