Claims (10)
- 분산제를 포함하는 수성 현탁액중에, 무기핵제를 포함하고 또한 융점 95∼115℃인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자 100중량부와, 스티렌계 모노머 20중량부 이상 300중량부 미만과, 스티렌계 모노머 100중량부 당, 중합개시제를 0.1~0.9중량부를 분산시키는 공정과,얻어진 분산액을 상기 스티렌계 모노머가 실질적으로 중합하지 않는 온도로 가열해서 상기 스티렌계 모노머를 상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자에 함침시키는 공정과,상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 융점을 T℃로 했을 때, (T)∼(T+25)℃의 온도에서, 상기 스티렌계 모노머의 중합을 행하는 공정으로 이루어지며,상기 무기핵제는, 탈크, 이산화규소, 마이카, 클레이, 제올라이트, 탄산칼슘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌게 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지가, 분기상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 분산제를 포함하는 수성 현탁액중에, 무기핵제를 포함하고 또한 융점 95~115℃인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자 100중량부와, 스티렌계 모노머 20~200중량부와, 중합개시제를 분산시키는 공정과,얻어진 분산액을 상기 스티렌계 모노머가 실질적으로 중합하지 않는 온도로 가열해서 상기 스티렌계 모노머를 상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자에 함침시키는 공정과,상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 융점을 T℃로 했을 때, (T)∼(T+25)℃의 온도에서, 상기 스티렌계 모노머의 제1의 중합을 행하는 공정과,상기 공정에 계속해서, 스티렌계 모노머와, 중합개시제를 가하고, 또한 상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 융점을 T℃로 했을 때, (T)∼(T+25)℃의 온도로 함으로써, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자로의 상기 스티렌계 모노머의 함침과 제2의 중합을 행하는 공정(다만, 폴리에틸렌 수지 입자 100중량부당, 제1의 중합과 제2의 중합에서 사용하는 스티렌계 모노머의 합계가 30중량부 이상 300중량부 미만, 스티렌계 모노머 100중량부 당, 제1의 중합과 제2의 중합에서 사용하는 중합개시제의 양의 합계가 0.1~0.9중량부),으로 이루어지는 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌계 수지가, 분기상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 무기핵제를 포함하는 융점 95∼115℃의 폴리에틸렌계 수지 100중량부당, 스티렌계 수지를 20중량부 이상 300중량부 미만 함유하고, 또한, 입자 표면으로부터 적어도 5㎛까지의 표층부는 스티렌계 수지가 입자상으로 분산되고, 입자가 0.8㎛ 이하의 입경을 갖고, 또한 입자 중심부도 스티렌계 수지가 입자상으로 분산되고, 입자가 0.8㎛ 이하의 입경을 갖는 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 표층부 및 입자 중심부의 스티렌계 수지 입자가, 0.01~0.8㎛의 범위의 입경을 갖는 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자.
- 무기핵제를 포함하는 융점 95∼115℃의 폴리에틸렌계 수지 100중량부당, 스티렌계 수지를 20중량부 이상 300중량부 미만과, 휘발성 발포제를 함유하고, 또한, 입자 표면으로부터 적어도 5㎛까지의 표층부는 스티렌계 수지가 입자상으로 분산되고, 입자가 0.8㎛ 이하의 입경을 갖고, 또한 입자 중심부도 스티렌계 수지가 입자상으로 분산되고, 입자가 0.8㎛ 이하의 입경을 갖는 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 발포성 수지 입자.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 표층부 및 입자 중심부의 스티렌계 수지 입자가 0.01~0.8㎛의 범위의 입경을 갖는 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자.
- 제 7항에 기재된 스티렌 개질 폴리에틸렌계 발포성 수지 입자를 예비발포시켜 얻어진 겉보기밀도 10∼300kg/㎥의 예비 발포입자.
- 제 9항에 기재된 예비 발포입자를 발포 성형시켜 얻어진 밀도 10∼300kg/㎥의 발포 성형체.
