Claims (14)
- 분산제를 포함하는 수성 현탁액중에, 메타로센 화합물을 촉매로 하여 중합되고, 무기핵제를 포함하는 무가교이고 직쇄상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자 100중량부와, 스티렌계 모노머 50∼800중량부와, 상기 스티렌계 모노머 100중량부당 0.1∼0.9중량부의 중합개시제를 분산시키는 공정과,얻어진 분산액을 상기 스티렌계 모노머가 실질적으로 중합하지 않는 온도로 가열해서 상기 스티렌계 모노머를 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자에 함침시키는 공정과,상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 결정화 피크 온도를 T℃로 했을 때, (T+10)∼(T+35)℃의 온도에서, 상기 스티렌계 모노머의 중합을 행하는 공정으로 이루어지며,상기 무기핵제는, 탈크, 이산화규소, 마이카, 클레이, 제올라이트, 탄산칼슘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스티렌계 모노머가, 50∼300중량부 사용되는 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자가, GPC에서 측정한 1.5∼3.5의 분자량분포(Mw/Mn)와, 0.910∼0.925g/c㎥의 밀도를 갖는 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.
- 분산제를 포함하는 수성 현탁액중에, 메타로센 화합물을 촉매로 하여 중합되고, 무기핵제를 포함하는 무가교이고 직쇄상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자 100중량부와, 스티렌계 모노머 30∼300중량부와, 상기 스티렌계 모노머 100중량부당, 0.1∼0.9중량부의 중합개시제를 분산시키는 공정과,얻어진 분산액을 상기 스티렌계 모노머가 실질적으로 중합하지 않는 온도로 가열해서 상기 스티렌계 모노머를 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자에 함침시키는 공정과,상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 결정화 피크 온도를 T℃로 했을 때, (T+10)∼(T+35)℃의 온도에서, 상기 스티렌계 모노머의 제1의 중합을 행하는 공정과,제1의 중합에 연속하여, 스티렌계 모노머와, 스티렌계 모노머 100중량부당 0.1∼0.9중량부의 중합개시제를 가하고, 또한 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 결정화 피크 온도를 T℃로 했을 때, (T+10)∼(T+35)℃의 온도로 하므로써, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자로의 상기 스티렌계 모노머의 함침과 제2의 중합을 행하는 공정(다만, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자 100중량부당, 제1의 중합과 제2의 중합에서 사용하는 스티렌계 모노머의 합계가 50∼800중량부),으로 이루어지는 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자의 제조방법.

- 제 6항에 있어서, 스티렌계 모노머가, 50∼300중량부 사용되는 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 발포성 수지 입자의 제조방법.

- 메타로센 화합물을 촉매로 하여 중합된 무가교이고 직쇄상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 100중량부당, 스티렌계 수지 50∼800중량부를 함유하고, 또한, 입자표면으로부터 적어도 5㎛까지의 표층부 및 입자중심으로부터 반경 5㎛까지의 중심부에 있어서 스티렌계 수지가 입자상으로 분산되고, 입자가 0.8㎛ 이하의 입경을 갖는 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 입자.
- 메타로센 화합물을 촉매로 하여 중합된 무가교이고 직쇄상의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 수지 100중량부당, 스티렌계 수지 50∼800중량부와 휘발성 발포제를 포함하고, 또한 입자표면으로부터 적어도 5㎛까지의 표층부 및 입자중심으로부터 반경 5㎛까지의 중심부에 있어서 스티렌계 수지가 입자상으로 분산되고, 입자가 0.8㎛ 이하의 입경을 갖는 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 발포성 수지 입자.
- 제 12항에 기재된 스티렌 개질 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌계 발포성 수지 입 자를 예비발포시켜 얻어진 겉보기밀도 10∼300kg/㎥의 예비 발포입자.
- 제 13항에 기재된 예비 발포입자를 발포 성형시켜서 얻어진 밀도 10∼300kg/㎥의 발포 성형체.
