Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 섬유 직경이 7 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 열가소성 합성 장섬유층을 상하층으로 하고, 섬유 직경이 5 ㎛ 이하인 열가소성 합성 미세섬유의 1층 이상을 중간층으로 하며, 압착에 의해 일체화된 적층 부직포에 있어서, 상기 중간층을 구성하는 미세섬유의 일부가 장섬유층의 한쪽면 이상에 진입 지수 0.36 이상으로 진입하여 장섬유를 결합 또는 포매 또는 교락한 혼화 구조층을 가지며, 적층 부직포의 기본 중량이 10 g/m2 이상 250 g/m2 이하이고, 부피 밀도가 0.20 g/cm3 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세섬유의 섬유 직경이 3 μ 이하인 고강도 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 미세섬유가 복수 집합된 층상으로 장섬유층에 진입하고, 미세섬유의 집합이 장섬유를 결합 또는 포매 또는 교락한 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유의 함유율이 50 중량% 이하인 고강도 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연속 장섬유를 이루는 열가소성 수지가 주로 폴리에스테르 또는 그의 공중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것이며, 미세섬유를 이루는 열가소성 수지가 주로 폴리에스테르계 수지 또는 그의 공중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포.
- 제5항에 있어서, 미세섬유를 이루는 폴리에스테르계 수지의 용액 점도 ηsp/c가 0.2 내지 0.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연속 장섬유를 이루는 열가소성 수지가 주로 폴리아미드계 수지 또는 그의 공중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것이며, 미세섬유가 주로 폴리아미드계 수지 또는 그의 공중합체, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포.
- 제7항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 미세섬유를 이루는 폴리아미드의 용액 상대 점도 ηrel이 1.8 내지 2.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포.
- 열가소성 합성 수지를 이용하여 적어도 1층 이상의 장섬유를 컨베이어 상에 방사하고, 그 위에 열가소성 합성 수지를 사용하여 멜트블로운법으로 결정화도가 15% 이상 40% 이하인 미세섬유를 적어도 1층 이상 분무하며, 그 후 열가소성 합성 수지를 이용한 장섬유를 적어도 1층 이상 적층하고, 열압착 온도가 장섬유의 융 점으로부터 -10 내지 -80℃이고, 열압착의 선압이 100 N/cm 내지 1000 N/cm이며, 엠보싱 롤 또는 평면 롤을 이용한 압착에 의해 일체화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르계 수지를 이용하여 적어도 1층 이상의 장섬유를 컨베이어 상에 방사하고, 그 위에 용액 점도 ηsp/c가 0.2 내지 0.8인 폴리에스테르계 수지를 이용하여 멜트블로운법으로 결정화도가 15% 이상 40% 이하인 미세섬유를 적어도 1층 이상 분무하며, 그 후 폴리에스테르계 수지를 이용한 장섬유를 적어도 1층 이상 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 폴리아미드계 수지를 이용하여 적어도 1층 이상의 장섬유를 컨베이어 상에 방사하고, 그 위에 용액 상대 점도 ηrel이 1.8 내지 2.7인 폴리아미드계 수지를 이용하여 멜트블로운법으로 미세섬유를 적어도 1층 이상 분무하며, 그 후 폴리아미드계 수지를 이용한 장섬유를 적어도 1층 이상 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 부직포의 제조 방법.
