- 하기 (a)∼(d) 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막용 지지체의 제조 방법.(a) 융점 180℃ 이상의 열가소성 수지를 이용한 열가소성 수지 장섬유를 컨베이어 상에 방사하여 적어도 1층의 부직포를 형성하고,(b) 이어서, 그 위에, 멜트 블로우법으로, 융점 180℃ 이상의 열가소성 수지를 이용하여, 결정화도가 15∼40%, 섬유 직경이 5㎛ 이하인 섬유층을 적어도 1층 적층하고,(c) 또한, 융점 180℃ 이상의 열가소성 수지를 이용한 열가소성 수지 장섬유의 부직포를 적어도 1층 적층하고,(d) 열가소성 수지 장섬유의 융점보다 50∼120℃ 낮은 온도에서, 선압 100∼1000N/㎝ 로 플랫 롤을 이용하여 열접착한 후, 상기의 열접착 온도보다 10℃ 이상 높고 또한 열가소성 수지 장섬유의 융점보다 10∼100℃ 낮은 온도에서, 선압 100∼1000N/㎝ 로 캘린더 처리한다.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,열가소성 수지가 폴리에스테르계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막용 지지체의 제조 방법.
