Claims (38)
- 열경화성 수지층, 열가소성 수지층, 및, 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트로 이루어지는 강화섬유군으로 이루어지고, 상기 열경화성 수지층과 상기 열가소성 수지층이 이들 층의 계면에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지층의 수지와 상기 열가소성 수지층의 수지가 요철형상을 가지고 일체화되어, 상기 강화섬유군 내의 일군의 필라멘트는, 적어도 상기 열경화성 수지층의 수지에 접하고, 상기 강화섬유군 내의 나머지의 군의 필라멘트는, 적어도 상기 열가소성 수지층의 수지에 접하여 이루어지는 성형체이고, 또한, 상기 열가소성 수지층의 상기 계면과는 반대측의 면이 상기 성형체의 표면에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트가 일방향으로 배열되어 있고, 상기 열경화성 수지층과 상기 열가소성 수지층의 계면이 상기 강화섬유군 중에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지층을 형성하는 수지의 유리전이온도가 60℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지층에 있어서, 상기 연속된 필라멘트가 존재하고 있는 영역의 최대 두께가 10㎛이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 최대 두께가 1,000㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지층의 표면적이 적층체의 표면적의 0.1 내지 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지층이 위치하는 측과는 반대측의 적층체의 면에, 상기 열경화성 수지, 상기 열가소성 수지, 및, 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트로 이루어지는 강화섬유군으로 형성되는 것과 같은 구조로 이루어지는 층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 명세서 중에 정의된 적층체 시험편의 ISO4587에 기초하는 접착강도가 실온에 있어서, 6㎫이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 열경화성 매트릭스 수지에 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트로 이루어지는 강화섬유군이 배치된 열경화성 수지 조성물과, 상기 열경화성 수지 조성물의 표면의 적어도 일부분에 형성된 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 피막으로 이루어지는 적층체이고, 또한, 상기 적층체와 피막을 개재해서 접착하는 다른 성형품과의 명세서 중에 정의된 수직 접착강도가 온도 40℃에 있어서, 10㎫이상이고, 또한, 온도 140℃에 있어서, 10㎫미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 피막의 평균두께가 0.1 내지 1,000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 강화섬유군을 구성하는 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트가 탄소섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지가 에폭시 수지를 주성분으로 하는 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리카보네이트계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, EVA수지, 우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 폴리올레핀계 수지, PPS계 수지의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트로 이루어지는 강화섬유군에 경화전의 열경화성 수지가 함침시켜져 이루어지는 프리프레그의 표면에, 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 열접착용 기재가 배치시켜지고, 상기 열경화성 수지의 경화반응시에, 혹은, 경화반응전의 예열시에, 상기 열접착용 기재의 열가소성 수지를 상기 강화섬유군에 함침하게 되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 또는 제 9항에 기재된 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 강화섬유군에 열가소성 수지를 함침시킬 때에, 압력 0.1㎫이상의 가압력을 작용시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 9항에 기재된 적층체로 이루어지는 제 1의 부재와, 다른 구조부재로 이루어지는 제 2의 부재가 상기 제 1의 부재에 있어서의 상기 열가소성 수지를 개재해서 결합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체화 성형품.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 제 2의 부재가 제 1항 또는 제 9항에 기재된 적층체로 이루어지는 부재, 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 부재, 금속재료로 이루어지는 부재로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체화 성형품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 9항에 기재된 적층체로 이루어지는 제 1의 부재와, 다른 구조부재로 이루어지는 제 2의 부재가 열용착, 진동 용착, 초음파용착, 레이저 용착, 인서트 사출성형, 아웃서트 사출성형으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 일체화 방법으로 일체화시켜지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 16항에 기재된 일체화 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 일체화 성형품이 전기·전자기기, OA기기, 가전기기, 의료기기의 부품, 부재 또는 케이스체인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체화 성형품.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 일체화 성형품이 자동차, 이륜차, 자전거, 항공기, 건재용 부품, 부재 또는 패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 일체화 성형품.
- 동종 및/또는 이종의 피착재를 열접착하기 위한 기재로서, 명세서 중에 정의된 적층체 시험편의 ISO4587에 기초하는 접착강도(S)가 온도 100℃에 있어서 5.0㎫이상이며, 또한, 온도 200℃에 있어서 1.0㎫이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착용 기재.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 온도 t(℃)일 때의 접착강도를 St(㎫)로 하고, 온도 (t+30)(℃)일 때의 접착강도를 S(t+30)(㎫)로 했을 때, St≥3XS(t+30)로 되는 관계를 만족하는 온도 t가, 100℃ 내지 200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착용 기재.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 공중합 폴리아미드계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착용 기재.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 공중합 폴리아미드가 3원공중합 폴리아미드6/66/610을 구성성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착용 기재.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 부직포 또는 필름의 형태를 가지고, 단위중량이 1 내지 100g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 열접착용 기재.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 열접착용 기재가 제 21항에 기재된 열접착용 기재인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
- 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트로 이루어지는 도전성 섬유군이 배치된 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 제 1의 구조체와, 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 제 2의 구조체가 일체화되어 이루어지는 성형품으로서, 상기 제 1의 구조체의 KEC법으로 측정되는 주파수 1㎓에 있어서의 전자파 실드성이 40㏈이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 구조체가 제 11항에 기재된 적층체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 구조체의 ASTM-D790에 기초하는 굴곡탄성률이 명세서 중에 정의된 시험편에 있어서 8㎬이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 구조체의 평균두께가 1.6㎜이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 성형품을 바깥쪽으로부터 관찰했을 때에, 상기 다수개의 연속된 필라멘트의 배열 상태에 기초하는 모양이 관찰되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 구조체에 있어서의 수지 조성물이 열경화성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 구조체에 있어서의 수지 조성물이 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27상에 있어서, 상기 제 2의 구조체의 열가소성 수지 조성물이 불연속의 탄소섬유를 포함하고, 상기 탄소섬유의 중량평균 섬유길이(Lw)가 0.4㎜이상이고, 또한, 중량평균 섬유길이(Lw)와 수평균 섬유길이(Ln)의 비(Lw/Ln)가 1.3 내지 2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 27항에 있어서, 성형품이 전기·전자기기, OA기기, 가전기기, 의료기기의 부품, 부재 또는 케이스체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 제 35항에 있어서, 상기 케이스체의 천정면부의 적어도 일부에, 상기 제 1의 구조체가 위치하고, 상기 케이스체의 프레임, 보스, 리브, 힌지, 러너 및 이들을 포함하는 부재에 상기 제 2의 구조체가 위치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 실드 성형품.
- 미리 성형된 제 1의 구조체가 금형에 인서트되는 제 1의 공정과, 다음에, 제 2의 구조체를 형성하는 열가소성 수지 조성물이 상기 금형에 인서트된 제 1의 구조체에 대하여 출사되어 상기 제 2의 구조체가 상기 제 1의 구조체에 일체화시켜지는 제 2의 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 27항에 기재된 전자파 실드 성형품의 제조방법.
- 미리 성형된 제 1의 구조체와, 미리 사출성형에 의해 성형된 제 2의 구조체가 초음파 용착으로 일체화시켜져 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 27항에 기재된 전자파 실드 성형품의 제조방법.
