Claims (21)
- 평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 대략 평평한 제2면을 갖는 스틸과,상기 스틸의 제1면에 일정 두께로 접착된 제1접착제와,상기 제1접착제에 일정 두께로 접착된 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)과,상기 스틸의 제2면에 일정 두께로 라미네이트된 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)를 포함하고,상기 스틸은 철, 탄소, 크롬 및 망간의 합금 또는 철, 탄소, 크롬 및 니켈의 합금중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸의 제2면과 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 사이에는 제2접착제가 더 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸의 제1면과 제2면 사이의 두께는 20~100um인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸은 연신율이 20~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)는 알로이 필름(alloy film)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)에는 분말상의 충격강화용 고무, 상기 고무를 감싸는 밀착 강화용 가용화제 및 접착제가 더 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)는 두께가 5~10um인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지용 외장재는 다수의 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체 사이에 세퍼레이터가 개재된 전극 조립체가 수납될 수 있도록 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 갖는 제1영역과, 상기 제1영역의 일단에서 접히기 시작하여 상기 드로잉부를 덮는 제2영역을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지용 외장재는 상기 제1영역 및 제2영역중 상기 드로잉부의 외주연에 대응하는 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)이 상호 열융착되어 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 다수의 양극 집전체와 음극 집전체가 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 구비되고, 상기 양극 집전체 및 음극 집전체로부터 외측으로 일정 길이 연장되어 접합된 양극탭 및 음극탭이 구비된 전극 조립체와,상기 전극 조립체가 수납될 수 있도록 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 갖는 제1영역이 구비되고, 상기 제1영역의 드로잉부를 덮을 수 있도록 제2영역이 구비된 스틸 외장재를 포함하고,상기 스틸 외장재는 철, 탄소, 크롬 및 망간의 합금 또는 철, 탄소, 크롬 및 니켈의 합금중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 외장재는평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 평평한 제2면을 갖는 스틸과,상기 스틸의 제1면에 일정 두께로 접착된 제1접착제와,상기 제1접착제에 일정 두께로 접착된 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)과,상기 스틸의 제2면에 일정 두께인 동시에 고온에서 라미네이트된 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸의 제2면과 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 사이에는 제2접착제가 더 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸의 제1면과 제2면 사이의 두께는 20~100um인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 전지용 외장재는 상기 제1영역 및 제2영역중 상기 드로잉부의 외주연에 대응하는 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)이 상호 열융착되어 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
