Claims (12)
- 평평한 제1면과, 이것의 반대면인 평평한 제2면을 갖는 스틸을 준비하는 단계와,상기 스틸을 소정 기체 분위기인 동시에 소정 온도에서 어닐링(annealing)하는 단계와,상기 스틸의 제1면에 접착제를 개재하여, 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)을 코팅하는 단계와,상기 스틸의 제2면에 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)를 라미네이트하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 평평한 제1면과, 이것의 반대면인 평평한 제2면을 갖는 스틸을 준비하는 단계와,상기 스틸을 소정 기체 분위기인 동시에 소정 온도에서 어닐링(annealing)하는 단계와,상기 스틸의 제2면에 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)를 라미네이트하는 단계와,상기 스틸의 제1면에 접착제를 개재하여, 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸은 철, 탄소, 크롬 및 망간의 합금 또는 철, 탄소, 크롬 및 니켈의 합금중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 어닐링 단계는아르곤(Ar) 또는 질소(N2) 기체 분위기, 온도 300~1000℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 어닐링 단계후,상기 스틸의 연신율은 20~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스틸의 제1면과 제2면 사이의 두께는 20~100um인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)는 알로이 필름(alloy film)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)에는 분말상의 충격강화용 고무, 상기 고무를 감싸는 밀착 강화용 가용화제 및 접착제가 더 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)는 두께가 5~10um인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)에서 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 방향으로 금형을 이용하여 일정 면적 및 깊이를 갖는 드로잉부를 형성하는 단계가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재의 제조 방법.
