Claims (18)
- 평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 평평한 제2면을 갖는 페라이트계 서스;상기 페라이트계 서스의 제1면에 형성된 제1절연층; 및,상기 페라이트계 서스의 제2면에 형성된 제2절연층을 포함하고,상기 페라이트계 서스는 연신율이 20~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 서스는 철 84~88.2%, 탄소 0.5%, 크롬 11-15% 및 망간 0.3-0.5%로 이루어진 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 서스의 제1면과 제2면 사이의 두께는 20~60um인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 외장재.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1절연층은 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2절연층은 나일론 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 외장재.

- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 외장재는 상기 제1영역 및 제2영역중 상기 드로잉부의 외주연에 대응하는 제1절연층이 상호 열용착되어 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 외장재.

- 다수의 양극판과 음극판이 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 구비되고, 상기 양극판 및 음극판으로부터 외측으로 일정 길이 연장되어 접속된 양극탭 및 음극탭이 구비된 전극 조립체; 및,상기 전극 조립체가 수납될 수 있도록 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 갖는 제1영역이 구비되고, 상기 제1영역의 드로잉부를 덮을 수 있도록 제2영역이 구비된 페라이 트계 서스 재질의 외장재를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 외장재는평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 평평한 제2면을 갖는 페라이트계 서스;상기 페라이트계 서스의 제1면에 형성된 제1절연층; 및,상기 페라이트계 서스의 제2면에 형성된 제2절연층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 서스는 철 84~88.2%, 탄소 0.5%, 크롬 11-15% 및 망간 0.3-0.5%로 이루어진 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 서스의 제1면과 제2면 사이의 두께는 20~60um인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 서스는 연신율이 20~60%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제1절연층은 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제2절연층은 나일론 또는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제1영역 및 제2영역중 상기 드로잉부의 외주연에 대응하는 제1절연층이 상호 열용착되어 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 양극탭 및 음극탭은 상기 외장재 외부로 일정 길이 연장되고, 상기 외장재에는 보호회로기판이 위치되며, 상기 보호회로기판에는 상기 양극탭 및 음극탭이 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
