遮断層と、
前記遮断層の何れか一面に形成される第1の機能層と、
前記遮断層の他面に形成される第2の機能層と、
前記遮断層の少なくとも一面に形成された腐食防止層(Anti-Corrosion layer)とを含み、
前記第1の機能層は、封止層を含む1つ以上の樹脂層により構成され、
前記第2の機能層は、前記遮断層の厚さよりも厚く、前記外装材の全体厚さの33%以上の厚さを有する、外装材。 - 前記遮断層は、25μm以上の厚さを有し、
前記外装材の全体厚さは、100μm~300μmに構成される、請求項1に記載の外装材。 - 前記第2の機能層が内部に位置するように前記外装材をフォールディングする場合、前記フォールディングされた遮断層の曲率半径は0.03mm以上である、請求項1に記載の外装材。
- 前記封止層は、前記遮断層の厚さ以上であり、25μm以上の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の外装材。
- 前記第1の機能層は、前記封止層よりも融点が高い強化樹脂層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の外装材。
- 前記強化樹脂層は、前記腐食防止層の厚さよりも厚く、10μm以上の厚さを有する、請求項5に記載の外装材。

- 前記第1の機能層は、強化樹脂層をさらに含み、
前記強化樹脂層は、前記腐食防止層と前記封止層との間に形成され、前記腐食防止層の厚さよりも厚く、10μm以上の厚さを有する、請求項10に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記熱融着プロセスは、120℃~190℃の温度において行われ、
前記強化樹脂層は、前記封止層よりも融点の高いポリマー(polymer)により構成される、請求項12に記載のバッテリ。 - 前記不均一レイヤが生成された封止周辺部は、前記強化樹脂層に基づき、前記封止部の厚さの300%以内の厚さを有するように構成される、請求項13に記載のバッテリ。
