Claims (28)
- 하기의 구조에 결합되는 하나 이상의 말단을 갖는, 수용해성의 비펩티드성 중합체 골격을 포함하는 티오에스테르-종결된 반응성 중합체:[식중,L 은 중합체 골격에 결합하는 지점이고;Z 는 연결자이고;m 은 0 내지 약 12 이고;Y 는 헤테로원자이고;각각의 X 는 H 및 알킬로부터 독립적으로 선택되고;a 는 0 또는 1 이고;Q 는 황 함유 이탈기이다].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 X 는 H 또는 C1-C6 알킬인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 X 는 H 또는 메틸인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Y 가 O 또는 S 인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Q 가 화학식 -S-R1 [식중, R1 은 수소, 알킬, 치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 치환된 시클로알킬, 아릴, 치환된 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 치환된 헤테로아릴, 헤테로사이클 및 치환된 헤테로사이클로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다] 을 갖는 반응성 중합체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, R1 이 페놀, 니트로페놀, 벤조산, 피리딘, 피리딘카르복실산 및 니트로피리딘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반응성 중합체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, R1 이 치환 또는 비치환된 피리딘인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, a 가 1 이고, Z 가 -O-, -S-, -NHCO-, -CONH-, -O2C-, -NHCO2- 및 -O2CNH- 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체 골격이 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜), 폴리(옥시에틸화 폴리올), 폴리(올레핀성 알콜), 폴리(비닐피롤리돈), 폴리(α-히드록시산), 폴리(비닐알콜), 폴리포스파젠, 폴리옥사졸린, 폴리(N-아크릴로일모르폴린), 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리사카라이드, 및 이의 공중합체, 삼원중합체 및 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용해성의 비펩티드성 중합체 골격이 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜), 및 에틸렌 글리콜과 프로필렌 글리콜의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 골격이 약 100 Da 내지 약 100,000 Da 의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, m 이 1 내지 약 4 인 반응성 중합체.

- 제 13 항에 있어서, POLY 가 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기의 구조를 갖는 반응성 중합체:[식중,각각의 POLY 는 수용해성의 비펩티드성 중합체 골격이고;R' 는 중심 코어 분자이고;y 는 약 3 내지 약 100 이고;R1 은 수소, 알킬, 치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 치환된 시클로알킬, 아릴, 치환된 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 치환된 헤테로아릴, 헤테로사이클 및 치환된 헤테로사이클로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다].
- 제 16 항에 있어서, POLY 가 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, R' 가 폴리올, 폴리아민, 및 알콜과 아민기의 조합을 갖는 분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 분자의 잔기인 반응성 중합체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, R' 가 글리세롤, 글리세롤 올리고머, 펜타에리트리톨, 소르비톨 및 리신으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 분자의 잔기인 반응성 중합체.
- N-말단에 시스테인 또는 히스티딘 잔기를 갖는 폴리펩티드의 중합체 공액체에 있어서, 상기 중합체 공액체는 하기의 구조에 결합되는 하나 이상의 말단을 갖는 수용해성의 비펩티드성 중합체 골격을 포함하는 중합체 공액체:[식중,L 은 중합체 골격에 결합하는 지점이고;Z 는 연결자이고;Y 는 헤테로원자이고;m 은 0 내지 약 12 이고;각각의 X 는 H 및 알킬로부터 독립적으로 선택되고;a 는 0 또는 1 이고;W 는 -CH2SH 또는 이고;POLYPEPTIDE 는 폴리펩티드 분자이다].
