Claims (34)
- 레이저 삼각측량 조도측정법에 의해 측정시 Ra 값이 약 75 마이크로미터 미만인 실질적으로 매끄러운 표면을 가지며, 하나 이상이 팽창성 중합체 미소구인 다수개의 미소구를 포함하는 중합체 발포체를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착성인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 그들의 계면에서 상기 다수개의 미소구와 분리되어 있는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 축방향으로 배향되어 있는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체는 우레탄 가교 및 우레아 가교가 실질적으로 없는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체는 적어도 한면이 실질적으로 매끄러운 한쌍의 주면을 갖는 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 접착제인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체가 가교된 것인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 아크릴계 발포체를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 다수개의 상기 팽창성 중합체 미소구를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미소구가 비팽창성 미소구를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽창성 중합체 미소구는 염화 비닐리덴 단위가 거의 없는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체가 점착제, 가소제, 안료, 염료, 고형 충전제 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제제를 포함하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체가 파괴된 중합체 미소구가 실질적으로 없는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포체에 결합되거나 또는 상기 발포체에 개재되어 있는 다수개의 이산 구조체 형태의 다른 중합체 조성물을 1종 이상 포함하는 제품.
- (a) 하나 이상이 팽창성 중합체 미소구인 다수개의 미소구, 및(b) 우레탄 가교 및 우레아 가교가 실질적으로 없는 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 중합체 발포체를 포함하며, 상기 매트릭스는 2종 이상의 중합체의 혼합물을 포함하며, 상기 혼합물 내의 1종 이상의 중합체는 감압 접착성 중합체이며, 상기 1종 이상의 중합체는 불포화 열가소성 엘라스토머, 아크릴레이트 불용성 포화 열가소성 엘라스토머 및 비감압 접착성 열가소성 중합체로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 발포체는 적어도 한면이 레이저 삼각측량 조도측정법에 의해 측정시 Ra 값이 약 75 마이크로미터 미만인 실질적으로 매끄러운 한쌍의 주면을 포함하는 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 접착성인 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 접착제인 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 발포체가 가교된 것인 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 다수개의 상기 팽창성 중합체 미소구를 포함하는 제품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 발포체에 결합되거나 또는 상기 발포체에 개재되어 있는 다수개의 이산 구조체 형태의 다른 중합체 조성물 1종 이상을 포함하는 제품.
- (a) 팽창성의 압출성 조성물을 형성하기 위해 선택된 온도 및 전단 속도를 비롯한 공정 조건하에서 하나 이상이 팽창성 중합체 미소구인 다수개의 미소구와 중합체 조성물을 용융 혼합하는 단계;(b) 이 팽창성의 압출성 조성물을 다이로 압출시켜 레이저 삼각측량 조도측정법에 의해 측정시 Ra 값이 약 75 마이크로미터 미만인 실질적으로 매끄러운 표면을 갖는 발포체를 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 중합체 조성물이 다이를 빠져나가기 전에 1종 이상의 팽창성 중합체 미소구를 적어도 부분적으로 팽창시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 접착성 제품인 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포체가 접착제인 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 발포체는 적어도 한면이 실질적으로 매끄러운 한쌍의 주면을 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 팽창성의 압출성 조성물이 다수개의 팽창성 중합체 미소구를 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 다이 내에서 또는 밖에서 중합체 발포체를 가교시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 팽창성의 압출성 조성물을 1종 이상의 다른 압출성 중합체 조성물과 공압출시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 팽창성의 압출성 조성물을 접착성 중합체 조성물인 1종 이상의 다른 압출성 중합체 조성물과 공압출시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 팽창성의 압출성 조성물을 상기 발포체에 결합되거나 또는 상기 발포체에 개재되어 있는 다수개의 이산 구조체 형태의 다른 중합체 조성물 1종 이상과 공압출시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 중합체 조성물이 다이로 빠져 나온 후 제품을 가열하여 1종 이상의 팽창성 중합체 미소구를 추가 팽창시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- (a) 한쌍의 주면을 갖는 제1 기판, 및(b) 상기 제1 기판의 주면 상의 발포 제품을 포함하며, 상기 발포 제품은 레이저 삼각측량 조도측정법에 의해 측정시 Ra 값이 약 75 마이크로미터 미만인 실질적으로 매끄러운 표면을 갖는 중합체 발포체를 포함하며, 상기 중합체 발포체는 하나 이상이 팽창성 중합체 미소구인 다수개의 미소구 및 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하는 다층 제품.
- 제33항에 있어서, 한쌍의 주면을 갖는 제2 기판을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 발포 제품이 상기 제1 및 제2 기판 사이에 샌드위치되어 있는 다층 제품.
