Claims (21)
- 일반식: (A1-XRX)Oㆍn〔(Fe1-yMy)2O3〕(원자 비율)(A는 Sr 및/또는 Ba이고, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류 원소의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 La를 반드시 포함하고, M은 Co, Mn, Ni 및 Zn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 1종이며, x, y및 n은 각각 하기 조건:0.01≤x≤0.4,〔x/2.6n)〕≤y≤〔x/1.6n)〕, 및5≤n≤6을 만족시키는 숫자이다.)에 의해 표시되는 기본 조성을 가지는 실질적으로 마그네트 플럼바이트형 결정 구조를 1가지는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말이며, SiO2로 환산된 Si함유량 및 CaO로 환산된 Ca함유량의 합계가 0.2중량% 이하이고, Al2O3로 환산된 Al함유량 및 Cr2O3로 환산된 Cr함유량의 합계가 0.13중량%이하이며, 또한 평균 입경이 0.9 내지 2㎛인 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말을 제조하는 방법으로서, 가소에 의해 상기 기본 조성을 가지는 자기 등방성의 페라이트 조성물을 제조하여 미분쇄한 후, 대기중에서 750 내지 950℃의 온도로 0.5 내지 3시간 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리후에 액중 침전을 수행하여 해쇄하고, 이어서 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 산화철에 A원소를 포함하는 화합물, R원소를 포함하는 화합물 및 M원소를 포함하는 화합물을 혼합하여 가소함으로써 고상(solid Phase) 반응시켜, 상기 자기 등방성 페라이트 조성물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 산화철중의 Si함유량(SiO2로 환산) 및 Ca함유량 (CaO로 환산)의 합계가 0.06중량%이하이며, Al함유량(Al2O3로 환산) 및 Cr함유량(Cr2O3로 환산)의 합계가 0.1중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 산화철로서 철강재의 염산 세정 폐액을 분무 로우스팅하여 얻어지는 산화철을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미분쇄를 건식법 또는 슬러리 농도를 60체적% 이상으로 조정한 조건하에서의 습식법에 의해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미분쇄의 전에 조분쇄를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 등방성 페라이트분을 상기 평균 입경까지 건식 분쇄하여 열처리한 후에 수중 침전을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 온도가 750 내지 900℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 분말중에 있어서의 Si함유량(SiO2로 환산) 및 Ca함유량(CaO로 환산)의 합계가 0.15중량%이하이고, Al함유량(Al2O3로 환산) 및 Cr함유량(Cr2O3로 환산)의 합계가 0.1중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 M원소가 Co및/또는 Zn인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 M원소가 Co및 Zn이고, Co의 비율이 5 내지 90원자%인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.

- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 페라이트 분말과 바인더로 이루어지고, 라지알 이방성 또는 극이방성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석.

- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 기본 조성을 가지는 원료 혼합물을 가소함으로써 페라이트화시켜, 얻어진 자기 등방성 페라이트를 분쇄한 후, 자장중 성형하여 2㎛ 이상 10㎛이하의 평균 입경으로 해쇄하고, 대기중에서 750 내지 950℃의 온도로 0.5 내지 3시간 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 이방성 조립분의 제조 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 열처리후에 액중 침전하여 열처리에 의한 응집을 녹이는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 이방성 조립분의 제조 방법.

- 표면에 복수개의 자극을 가지고, 최소한 1개의 자극부가, 일반식:(A1-XRX)Oㆍn〔(Fe1-yMy)2O3〕(원자 비율)(A는 Sr 및/또는 Ba이고, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류 원소의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 La를 반드시 포함하고, M은 Co 및/또는 Zn이고, x, y 및 n은 각각 하기 조건:0.01≤x≤0.4,〔x/2.6n)〕≤y≤〔x/1.6n)〕, 및5≤n≤6을 만족시키는 숫자이다.)에 의해 표시되는 기본 조성을 가짐과 동시에, 실질적으로 마그네트 플럼바이트형 결정 구조를 가지며, 평균 입경이 0.9 내지 2㎛의 페라이트 분말의 집합체로 이루어지는 평균 입경이 2㎛ 이상, 10㎛이하의 이방성 조립분 85 내지 95중량%와, 바인더 15 내지 5중량%으로 이루어지는 본드 자석에 의해 형성되며, 상기 페라이트 분말중에 있어서 SiO2로 환산된 Si함유량 및 CaO로 환산된 Ca함유량의 합계가 0.2중량%이하이며, Al2O3로 환산된 Al함유량 및 Cr2O3로 환산된 Cr함유량의 합계가 0.13중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트 롤.
- 제 19항 또는 제 20항에 있어서, 상기 본드 자석은 일체형 원통형상을 하고 있고, 라지알 이방성이 부여되며, 복수개의 자극을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트 롤.
